I have Aramex courier coming from Saudi Arabia – Under air way bill number [protected]
Today 25th Jun 2021, I received message from Aramex to Submit my KYC details which was provided but is rejected asking as the delivery address not matching with my KYC document
At present I am staying in my mother in law’s house and the delivery address was given based on the same.
But I cannot provide a KYC in my name matching to my mother in law’s address.
As a resident Indian, I have provided my Adhar car, PAN card copies etc but I am helpless to provide any document which has my name and my mother in law house address
Kindly advise Aramex to clear my parcel at the earliest as it is a medical kit for my daughter
