I ordered shoes from Nike, and then I got a message to fill the KYC document. yesterday I did that and it shows that it’s been submitted. Now today I woke up and I saw that the KYC did not get uploaded as I still was getting my messages from Aramex. So i uploaded my KYC documents again. Still, it has not been updated to the site and i am still getting text about filling the KYC documents. How many times do i need to fill it to get my order? Please look into it.
