I a student of neet booster test series phase1 + 2 of akash dlp

I have two complaints with you:

1) I had purchased the course later in April. That’s why I have most of the tests of phase 1 of the test series in the missed test section.

But after the announcement of the final mock test series, my phase 1 remaining tests are no longer available.
Who gave you the right to remove them??

I had made full payment and it’s my right to attempt them whenever I want to attempt.

MAKE THE MISSED AS WELL AS COMPLETED TEST OF PHASE 1 AVAILABLE TO ME. (IT’S NOT A REQUEST IT’S THE COSTUMER’S DEMAND)

2) And the second problem is that the test questions of “final test series for neet” and “final mock test series for neet” are EXACTLY SAME.

I need not provide you with the proof.

You can check the questions of
11A and 11B from “final test series for neet” and “1, 2” test from “final mock test series”.
These are exactly the same..

What’s wrong with you??

One more problem is there

You had promised me earlier to provide the pdf of the test mentioned as “home assignment ” in neet booster test series phase 2 at the time of purchase, but now you have changed them to online test?

It’s not you but me that has paid you for the services.. So it’s your duty to provide me services as you had promised.

CONCLUSION:

1) The test from phase 1 of the test series MUST be restored as it is, in my test section.

2) The test from “final mock test series” MUST contain DIFFERENT questions from the previous tests.

3) pdf of the test if possible should be provided.
At least you should provide me with a pdf of the phase 1 test series so that I can attempt the remaining one and revise the old.

IF YOU CAN’T PROVIDE ME WITH REFUND OF THE REMAINING TEST.
THAT’S IT !

We enquire for itutor pre-recorded videos course on phone number provided on website, Mr Ashish chandra from Janakpuri picked up, instead of giving information he keeps asking details of student and send payment link with discount (trapping marketing tactics, stay alert)

We didn’t pay heed to this and asked about details what &how they will provide us education material..

This man vanish, 10 calls from different locations of Akash sales persons start ringing..(sic)

We picked up one, lady named Diksha, talked to us, she try her best to manipulate but finally revealed some truth&send some video links, also provide trial package for 7days..

Drama begins..when we strongly enquire about exactly which videos in trail pack will be sent to us in SD card, she told old videos not available on trial package will be send to you, send some links, also upon asking she told you will not provided to access of the videos which available on trial pack, then
Why providing things on trial package which your company not supposed to provide us.. it’s broad daylight FRAUD.. Diksha replies it’s management’s decision
…see that’s how innocent parents, their hard earned money, their dreams for their children crushed for money., it caused us immense mental & physical stress to get proper information from them…such companies must banned &punished under consumer protection act…for fradulent behaviour & actions

Dear Sir

I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have submitted Rs. 12000 (Proof is attached) to take admission of my daughter Anamika Swami in 12 Maths+JEE in your Institute. At the time of admission Mr. Vaibhav Sharma and Mr. Virendra Saini told us that they will start new batches in the month of June. After submitting the fee Rs. 12000 they did not provide the time table and any other related information for more than 10 days. After completing the process I was told that there is no new batch and syllabus is completed more than 35%. They told me that you have to take admission in these old batches and there is no other recent revision batch or you can withdraw the admission. In the whole process, precious time of my daughter has been wasted. In such condition I have no other option to cancel the admission of my daughter. I have submitted the application for refund of fee on 18 June to Mr. Vaibhav Sharma. He told me that I will get my refund within 15 days. Unfortunately still I did not get refund of fee till today. It is very unprofessional way of your Institute. It is really a mental torture for the parents and students who are taking admission in your so called reputed Institute. Kindly refund the fee of my daughter Anamika Swami as soon as possible.

My daughter enrolled in Byjus Akash for maths physics chemistry.
She is studying in 11th. Mr Pranav Prashanth phone no.[protected] mail id pranav.[protected]@aesl.in kept on convincing us to join for the above JEE courses and we also submitted all the things and done initial payment of Rs 48501 saying that classes for new batch will start from 5/7/2021 and said teachers from Medavakkam Akash will call you. Then he said new batch will start on 22.7.21. Nobody called us. He is also not responding. We were fully worried about our money.

After repeatedly calling Akash Medavakkam we came to know that Mr. Pranav has himself enrolled my daughter in Anna Nagar branch.
They said that only if payment from Akash Anna Nagar is received they will conduct classes at Medavakkam branch Akash.

The Anna Nagar Branch manager Ms. Abirami is very irresponsible and not sorting out the issues.

All these confusions are solely due to Mr. Pranav who was interested only in convincing candidates to join Akash and after payment he is not responding properly.

Already nearly a month gets over for which also we have paid the fees. If there is no proper response from your side, I request you to kindly refund our money.

Kindly have strict regulations over the admission officers and please regulate all the branches. They are not integrated functioning rather they are isolated.

I came to know that only the branch manager is delaying. They are not considering Byju’s admission it seems so

Very very poor service from Anna Nagar branch.

Today IInd day classes are going on and the branch manager is reluctant to issue Microsoft teams id yet
But payment and all they are not compromising. Why should we compromise our class??
Are you compromising the refund amount. ??? or payment amount for two classes. no know. Not at all good

I took” I TUTOR” subscription for NEET aspirant of 2021 where they had to provide me 5 SD card and printed material of class 11th and class12th in the year 2019.

Aakash, though the name has became a brand, but the kind of services they provide is not upto the mark.
I had enrolled my ward to Dwarka Sect 11 branch in the month April. Within 15 days Or just after 3-4 classes we realised that our decision to join this so called premium institute was not correct. The same was communicated to the staff accordingly. However, their branch academic head called and requested if we can allow him one or two more weeks, he will personaly observe the situation and will get back to me. But even after two weeks there was no improvement, nor that representative came back with any update or feedback.

Now, after chasing them for more than 3 weeks, they are saying that they can’t refund as we have already availed services for more than a month. This is completely ridiculous.

It’s just like any other school, no body cares where child is lacking or need personal attention. Nobody cares whether students are taking note Or not.

If you care for your hard earned money and time, please don’t join these guys. They are good for nothing.

Dear sir, I paid Rs 8000/ as a registration fee on 27 Jun 21 for admission of my daughter in class X in Anna Nagar Chennai branch. After making this payment, no reply I got from Aakash for next 14 days. After 14 days they sent me a reply that they could not start the new batch. Hence, I request them to cancel my registration and refund the amount paid for the same. I sent email also to them. They replied that as per their terms and conditions they won’t refund my money.
Sir, how any one would take the money without any services.
Please help me to get the money back. Thanks

I took admission for two year medical integrated course, 2020. I paid the fee for the whole first year and the first installment for the second year too was to be paid in the month of November, My father went with the cheque of bank of Baroda, but the person in the office denied to accept it and said they don’t accept the cheque of this bank, instead a different one should be given. The previous installments were paid from sbi. My teams account got removed. My father is a frontline COVID warrior so he couldn’t go to the center daily with all the different Cheques they wanted. But still he went.My classes were missed for more than a month and when my father contacted them to resume the classes they denied the fact that they had disabled my account. They enabled it for 3 days nd again the same thing. They did nothing except lying and then in the month of January they called us constantly to pay the next year fee. My mother talked with the counsellor and he was someone new in the center thereby I don’t know the name and neither did he mention. He talked in a not at all appreciable manner and forced us to pay the fee. When we refused to do so and asked him about transfer to DLP he misbehaved. Then I didn’t get any lead for the transfer and unwillingly just because I didn’t want to face any more loss, I paid for a new CSP program. Even after paying for a full year I got the classes of only 7 months, paid for CSP too now and they are not even refunding my security deposit of 5000. The center people are not at all polite when it comes to any other thing accept paying them large amount of fee.
