Hi, this is Vinod from Hyderabad. I’ve placed an order for AB Circle Pro. At the time of order I’ve paid Rs.10,495/- via my credit card. When I received the product, i found it defective. I’ve said the same to their executive and asked him to take it back and get a replacement. After few follow up calls when I didn’t receive the replacement product, I requested for a cancellation. During the course of cancellation i was sent a replacement which was again a defective piece. Since then I’ve been calling these guys in Chennai. The customer service or the complaints department of R P TeleBuy SkyShop Pvt. Ltd. is so great that they hardly answer the call (Tel.[protected]. I used to thank my starts when my call was answered. When I called the sales team (Tel.[protected] and asked for their supervisor or the supervisor’s contact number, they tell me that they are not authorized to share their supervisor details. I’m not sure what makes them not to share their supervisor details regarding customer service!! Some how one of the Team Lead told me that they are processing my cancellation and have forward the refund instruction to their ICICI bank as I’ve paid through Credit Card and it would take 2-3 weeks. I waited for a month and when I follow up they tell me to contact my ICICI bank. I told them that I don’t do business with ICICI bank and I do not have any a/c with them. I’ve also asked them if I do contact, what do I refer! I’ve asked for reference details and it was not provided.

Today I’ve written an email to them at [protected]@telebuyindia.com. To ensure that others do not face the same situation, I’ve decided to take the help of Law and Media. If required I’ll pay for an ad in all major newspaper and TV to share my experience and let everyone be aware of such fraud companies.

My request to all of customers, please don’t do business with R P TeleBuy SkyShop Pvt. Ltd. and avoid the unwanted stress and frustration.

I am hereby sending this e-mail to intimate you about the evasive replies given by the customer care of Ab Circle Pro even after repeatedly en-quiring about the non-usability condition of the aforesaid machine purchased on August 2010. On the first two days,it worked without any defect but thereafter the machine even though maintained in good condition did not worked properly . So very much aggrieved by the unfit condition of the exercise machine, I made a telephone call to the customer care of aforesaid Ab circle Pro . Many a times I have telephonically intimated them and they did reply stating that they will be checking the complaint on the coming day but till now no one attended to my request. So I was not able to get any awaited results as they had advertised on television as well as internet. I had booked this machine from “www.tbuy.in”.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have ordered for exercise machine ABCircle India Pro on 31/01/2011 vide reference No-
74678721032055533979921 Cellnext Solutions Limite Rs. 8,999.00(DR).

They called us within 2 days of transaction and informed delivery will done in 4/5 days. After a lot of call back and follow up we received the delivery but the machine has to be fixed. There are missing material as:
Locking pin 1
Knee bowl lock tool 1
knee bowl screw 1
time mechine screws 2

we have been calling from 10 to 15 days on this no. [protected] but they are not even attending the call.

I am in other country and ordered the machine for my mother who is suffering from ill health. I have spent hard earned money online only for the reason that I can get the machine on priority but they fail atleast to react or attend the call.
