I booked a ticket with you today and site automatically changed the gender to male, when I got the bus ticket printed, I contacted your customer services 5 times and got hungup everytime. This is not just annoying but too much. The site states, that I should get a cancellation refund of 1084 but your text states something different. I will take it to social media if I don’t get the refund, not because of the money part but because of your horrible customer services.
Actually they were not giving as information such as message They call me after pick-up time after 2hours to picking up me I said to wait 10min then I come they gone

I booked my bus ticket by Abhibus on 1 Nov 2020(Ticket number (TIN): AT[protected] Jodhpur to Ahmedabad for dated 1 November 2020 that tckt amount was 1900 and cancelled it same date 1 Nov
But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 48 hours( For your reference i am forwarding your customers care).
Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

Hi I have booked ticket from Hyderabad to banglore on 7th Nov for 1655/-rs. Amount got debited from my account and I have not received any confirmation SMS nor email. I have called the customer care and after long wait my call got connected to the customer care executive and she said that booking is not confirmed and amount will be refunded in 7working days and she started arguing and was very rude.this is the worst experience which I have faced till now. I will never suggest your site to any one and never use it in future. I want my amount to be refunded at the earliest. Worst service.

Since then I have been following up via emails, calls but they drop call many times and same time not reply to my query.
Yesterday I booked a bus from Jaipur to Banswara, 8.00 pm Your booking partner Paras travels but when i reached they says their operator do not registerd with abhi bus while in abhibus their operator showing and bus booked.They didn’t travelled me and not my money refund.The paras travel operator said that the Abhibus is a fraud they not connected with you.So i want my money back otherwise i’ll coplaint against you and Paras travels for Fraud.
Above all else I feel sorry for on myself booking a ticket through “Abhibus”.
This is one of the leading ticket booking administrator in India, particularly in South India.I don’t have a clue how it got that much popularity with poor administrations.
I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Goa on 22nd January 2021 for Ashoka Travels through Abhibus.
Issues I faced for the mistake i did:
1) The pickup time was 8:15 at Lakdi Ka Pul Hyderabad yet the transport came at 10:30 PM. Operator said that there was a weighty traffic.I do not realise that much traffic was there in my city.Its a Lie.
2) Through out the Journey there was no AC given by the Bus driver and he was stating there was an issue with AC Unit in the Bus.
3) my Drop Point at “Mapusa was at 11:00 AM, yet at the same time am in excursion now the time is 7:30 pm .
4) There were no RTO related papers with the transport driver and the transport was halted at check post for right around 3 hrs.
5) Abhi Bus is approving bus operators with out any check and minimum verification.

I have booked two tickets on 29.03.2021 vide booking id No. AT[protected] from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. While booking the ticket, the dates were erroneously taken as 29.03.2021(default date) instead of 01.04.2021. AFter receiving the message, i immediately called to the customer care, who told that we cannt cancel the ticket now and gave me another number (drivers/owerns number). They have told me that we cannt do anything.
Sir, I humbly request you, the date was erroneously taken as 29.03.2021 instead of 01.04.2021 and could not even cancel the ticket and i did not made the journey. Hence i request you to kindly refund my amount please.

I’ve booked ticket using abhi bus for travelling in a Volvo bus. Instead they alloted me a normal bus. When I raised complaint they assured me a refund. It is not being provided yet. And when I tried to contact their customer care they aren’t taking my call. Even if they take there is silence on the other part.
