Candidate id: 1136924. I have to mention B.tech as my undergraduate degree, but in graduation details it has been shown MCA as my graduation degree. I want to change my graduation degree to B.tech. But I’m unable to change it because MCA is rigid I can’t change it. Because of it only I have to mention the year of pursuing MCA as I have no other option to do as the year is mandatory to mention. To submit the form I have to choose the year as well as I can’t change my education details as I needed. But now it is showing rejection comments like do mention your graduation as B.TECH as mentioned in marksheet. Eventhough, I have raised three to four queries regarding it but didn’t get any mail regarding this problem. So, to complete the document verification part I have submitted the way it accepted the details. But due to MCA problem I’m getting rejection task mail. Please, see to it as soon as possible as my document submission date was 27th July, 2021. And all this problem causes mismatch in my educational details . Help me how i can update these details.

I have received confirmation on my technical round clearance which was conducted on 24th July, 2021 and post HR round discussion today I have been asked to upload documents to release offer letter.

I had given the Technical interview round on 17th July with Accenture.
Since that day the Candidate Portal is blank for me. I am not able to track status of my application.
I called the Helpdesk, it says Candidate Application on Hold due to Pending of Documents upload and the portal is blank due to a technical issue at their end.

How to upload the documents when the portal is blank?
Also not able to get a reply from HRs on mail or calls.

This task was given to me on 4th June 2021 and it’s due date was 14th June 2021 . I had raised query for many times but haven’t received any response yet. Accenture recruitment team scheduled an interview in this month 4 times, the last scheduled is 20-Jul-2021 at 18:00 – 19:00 IST, Amit Desai took my interview after 2 days i got the call from Accenture stated to me your interview was done, we have HR discussion after 10 min HR called me and discussion also completed. but today morning i received a mail from Accenture technology/ infrastructure services removed from our candidate pipeline on 23-Jul-2021 as we do not have suitable demand that matches your skills at this point in time.

my question: if you don’t have requirement why did you struggled me many times until finish everything.

please take an action on this.
