The product that i bought in august month u=in the year 2020 was like an second hand laptop and its not having a new laptops features, since its taking more time to load everthing that im selecting and always use to hang inbetween working .
so i left this garbage product unuse since i got this,
what you people are selling in the market, is it a fare thing you do to your customers .
It is slow like hell and always in the background too many unwanted applications are loading in the task manager and providing an deadslow response, even chrome is getting opened and most of the apps are malfunctioning when i try to use them .please assist me a replacement if possible, since it is in warranty and i request you for an immediate response.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is to inform you that I filed a repair request for my laptop on 19/06/2021 as it’s camera was not working properly and now it is almost more than half a month and still it shows “Awaiting Spares”, I tried contacting the service providers a couple of times but they say that they have not received the spares from the company and in the meanwhile my laptop has encountered other problems as well as it’s keyboard is also not working properly now and until and unless my first issue gets resolved I cannot file another one.I tried dropping mails at ail.[protected]@acer.com but got no response in return.

So, kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have an Acer Laptop with the following details:

I purchased the laptop on 20/09/2020.

1. I contacted your customer care no and was surprised to learn that the one year warranty period was over in March 2021 as the laptop was purchased in Feb 2020.

2. However I purchased the laptop on 20 September 2020 with the invoice no. SLA[protected] dated 20/9/2020 purchased from Chroma, Kurla west Mumbai.

3. Soon after purchase the laptop was repaired for a hardware replacement, Wi-Fi adopter as it was not working. The repair work was done by an engineer from your service center at Chembur east Mumbai.

4. Now the laptop Wi-Fi is not functioning again and showing the same error as before it was repaired.

I therefore request you the following:

1. Please rectify your record for date of purchase and the warranty period which should end on 19 September 2021
2. Also, please register the complain and mark to your Service Center at Chembur east Mumbai as it was repaired last time and probably they would be familiar with it.
Hope for an early action in this regard as it is causing a lot of inconvenience to me.

This is the worst company i have given complain on march month 2021 still not resolved now acer customer service people closed the ticket that due to lock down . without any information. last time one person came frome service center he dont know how ro open the laptop he told that he is new he don’t know he was from ensure support services in Bangalore.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life . I bought a laptop before 1 week only (11/05/2021) it’s not working for 3 days and graphic card is also not working I dont know why the graphic card inbuilt in this
Power consumption is worst I[censored]se laptop for 1 hour it will reduce to 20% from 100%
So customer service is also worst they dont even consider the customer issues and all
Its fully of waste of my money
So please dont buy acer laptop

Don’t buy this laptop, desktop or any other type of product
It won’t work .in my experience I said I bought a laptop from acer dealer
It’s almost 1 week only the laptop is not working properly and laptop is not at all worth for the amount .And is the customer service is very worst and not even take care of that your issue .they simply said please wait sir this is the that all the agent tell same thing .dont buy acer laptop better go with other brands . In my experience I am telling you, because the customer service is not responding and laptop is in worst condition. Again and again I am telling dont go with this brand of laptop

Hi Team,

Highly disappointed from Acer services/staff.

I would like to inform you that I had an issue with
my Acer i7 Nitro5. It stopped working suddenly on 20th Dec’2020. I purchased this laptop on the 30th Oct’2020
and hardly used it in Nov’20. I started using it for 2 weeks and stopped due to a motherboard issue. I called
customer care and explained the issue, I visited the store (Pari Computers Pune-[protected]) and the engineer
(Mr. Irfan/Swapnil- [protected]) confirmed that there is a motherboard issue. I requested to replace the laptop
and I see the display is also loose but no one is listening now. It’s been 7 days now and there is no resolution yet.

I called many times to connect with Mrs. Surbhi Ranjan who is Acer manager for Maharashtra circle but no response. No one is calling me and only, I am taking the follow up with all but the Service center guy says that Acer will be responsible, Store guy says that talk to service center/customer care, customer care says that talk to service center.

Would request you to please have a look on this issue and provide the justice in this regard.

First of all I am a real person and customer of acer and this is a real and genuine review anyone can confirm this with me by mailing me, my email id is

I brought an acer aspire a315-53 laptop 15 months back in last months of 2019, it was my first laptop so I used it very carefully after 2 months suddenly it went dead, I called the customer care and they asked me to reset battery by small pin whole switch and try to turn it on by pressing the power button, I did that and it started but again after total 6 months it went dead, I called the customer care and was asked to repeat the same process but it did not work this time, also as it was lock down there was no service and after some days a service guy visited and said the keyboard has a manufacturing defect and we will change it free of cost, after 15 to 20 days he again visited with the key board and replaced it and laptop again started working, then after almost 3 months it again went dead and I again tried the reset battery button and it started, now after exactly 15 months and some days past the laptop again went dead and this time the battery reset trick did not work, I called the service center guy and he visited and checked the laptop and to my surprise I was told that the mother board of the laptop is dead, without any water or physical damage or any burns of any kind it just went dead and the replacement cost is more then 20, 000rs which is more then the price i paid for the laptop, I felt cheated and looted by acer, I feel acer is selling cheap china made products and when they stop working specially when they are out of warranty acer asks for the amount customer can not pay or even if he does its more then the new device, really disappointed in acer will never buy any acer product again or will recommend acer to anyone.

Sir,
as per my complaint to the customer service center then sent a service engineer for my acer aspire 7 battery problem. and your service engineer looked at the problem and detected a battery backup issue by physically using my laptop. and he told me i have to collect a report using acer software for battery issues but software is showing everything is fine and he told me i can’t do anything about this company know only report.

sir my laptop is not giving backup. After a full charge laptop runs till 1 hr and less than that you can ask with your service engineer.
