Hi ANU administration,

My name is Aditya and my Hall ticket number is A17BI002001, I completed my course in the year 2018 . Since then I have been waiting for my certificates, I visited the university 20 times but what I got to know is they never dispatched the certificates and misplaced the certificates. when I spoke to Padmavathi Madam, she would ask me to visit again and she hang ups phone saying, will send you.
This is cheating and I never experienced nor witness such a pathetic staff with proper responsibility.
Do you guys really exist, why you do say that this is the best university, you should say it is a fake university playing with the student life’s.
I dont think you would ever resolve my issue because you people would never and just want to mint money from the students .
I curse you would experience the same with you children

I was the student of Nagarjuna University in MCA department in[protected] batch (Reg No: Y4MC09040). But I didn't get the first semester practical marks sheet till the date. I am visiting the University from 2004 for the same, but there is no processing going on. I met the Supervisor, Head of the MCA dept, PG section but still there is no action going on. Due to it I am not able to apply for the Original Degree certificate in University.

Because of not taking the Original Degree certificate I lost so many opportunities in my life and I had communicated the same with senior department heads, but also there is no response.
Please provide me justification.
I am very disappointed and depressed with the responses I am getting since 6Yrs from University staff.

Please suggest me how can I proceed for the same.

Sir,

I am Prasanth from Andhra Pradesh. I enrolled myself for MSc Psychology course in 2010 (Calendar year batch 2010) at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Centre for Distance Education (ANUCDE). The final year examinations were held in December 2011 and results were announced in April 2012. I passed all exams successfully. The prospectus stated that the fees for all certificates were collected with exam fees and that Transfer, Migration, consolidated marks memo and Provisional will be delivered to us by post and after 1 month of receiving them Original certificate will be delivered subject to verification of Original certificates of previous qualifying education. I got my Previous education originals verified and obtained the receipt for the same but till now I didn't get my Original. I got the other certificates(TC, MC, Consolidated marks memo etc) in July-August 2012 in 2 sets.Upon continuous inquiry they always stated that the certificates are not printed, which obviously is just a big joke! In January 2013 I even wrote a letter to the VC, ANUCDE upon being directed so by a professor known to us. There was no response whatsoever. Therefore i decided to take this issue to consumer court. Please do justice to me. I need to get my Original certificate. Please guide me accordingly.

I completed my M.com distance in the year DEC 2008 with the Enrolment number C07CO012006 . My name is S.S SHANMUGANAND my employer is asking provisional certificate of the course. I have only memorandum of the final year.
They are asking provisional certificate kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I have completed My. Tech in NU university in July 2009. In 2009, I paid challan and submitted application. But, I didn't get OD certificate. I have asked them for OD certificate, they told that we already sent certificate. But I didn't get the OD. Then I asked for proof of registered post and they told that ask other one. we have sent, prreThen they told me to get Fir copy, we will give the duplicate one. In that latest fir system, I have enquired in e-seva, they told that we need xerox copy of OD required. I have no solution to get my OD certificate. Please help me in these.

Hi,
I have applied for BSC Degree consolidated mark sheet on Dec1st 2014. They told that it took 2 to 3 months to deliver to you when i was applied. But as of now i did not received yet. I am not why they are taking this much time for simple things also.

I applied for od certificate of bsc degree four months back. Till date not received the od. University staff told me that od certificate will send to my address within two months. Can you please send me the od as soon as possible. Please let me know if any issue to send.

Tried reaching on the given customer care number but its not reachable, please ensure you give the correct number so that the we don't have any issues or problem in reaching you guys.
We are not from then same place to come to university directly.
