that itself claims to provide global IT solutions and software development company is not at all an IT company.It’s basically a consultancy.First of all send the mail to candidate for face to face interview(Fresher & Exp) but if go there then give u test paper and i[censored] select then only ask about salary and background details and then send u another company this process for take that company hole day and another day for main company. there is no any responsible people also. this company also don’t know about client requirement.
so, my dear students i[censored] go there then totally time waste.

Hello,
I am working in Acliv Technologies from past 4 month, project of verse innovation (Client Location), now they start delaying in salary, not giving proper date for credit of salary, kindly do some thing for this type of company .
When we asked about salary with them, they are treating like 3rd class servant.
He told, I am a owner, when ever I want, I will give you that time, you people can’t say anything.
He is giving indirectly threat to all o[censored]s, that I will fire all the employees, if you people will say anything.
This is my policy, i can change any time
We said, at least you can inform 1 month back, so that we can save our money
for 2nd month, but they told, whenever we want we can send u the notice.
we have to give our rent and bill on 1st of every month, I have to send money to my sister for her fees on 1st, tell how will we manage.
We all Acliv Employees facing same problem, but because of fear, they are not coming forward apart from some employees.
Kindly do something from your side as soon as possible.

Well, acliv technologies pvt ltd is group of fraud people. I am fighting my own salary for long time.
They appoint to you at client location may be in other state also. You spend own money their to visit various client location. Salary will not come on the time, when you ask for salary and da and ta, they will reply we are also waiting for money from client. They will take a lot of time at last they will reply project is over you can leave your location. If we ask for salary they will again reply wait tomorrow or this week your salary will come. But unfortunately you will wait but not receive any money from this company. I am also waiting my money their tomorrow not came till now. They are not thinking about employee.
For goodness of god never accept any offer from this company. You feel very mental pressure for receiving your own money. They play with innocent candidate and employee and student.
Do not waste you precious time and money on this fraud company.

I am working with acliv technology and my location is delhi (As usual client site).
Lots of issue in this company, company management never told you his policy before joining or after joining, they have very different policy (Mean not cover under iso), if you ask about. Leave record they never clarify your leave record (You can say directly fraud of this company), guy's it is requested before joining you think twice because company management and policy is third class.
