I have upgraded my plan to 150Mbps. In that process I was promised to change my cable to cat 6 to get to actual speed requested.

I have done like nearly 200 follow up’s till now but the cable was never changed.

My 6 months plan got expired today I was charged for total amount. But I was getting only 90mbps.

After these many follow up I was help less.

Never seen such a worse process.

CUSTOMERs are like ### for you guys.. You don’t even know what CUSTOMER needs and how to solve it.

Serious a big shame on you. I’ requested for cancelling my connection.

I need a refund for what I was charged extra for last 6 months. I was not getting full benefit but I was charged and given enough trouble in bonus.

This issue should be resolved ASAP.

This was a gift provided for me to being a 10years old CUSTOMER.. Serious I’m ashamed of part of your journey

Worst customer care with zero response.
– My broadband bill was paid on June 5th . Act claimed that I haven’t paid the bill and disconnected my broadband connection and asked me to pay the amount once again. Though I submitted the proof of my bank statement and clarified message from bank about the payment they still denied and reclaimed that they had refunded the amount on June 14th. But refund was not reflected. I made continuous follow up but no proper response right from the customer service to nodal officer. No one made a proper follow up. They also disconnected my connection and now after one and half month today (august3) I got the message that account has been activated. How irresponsible it is on their side to be so lethargic. In this case, I don’t want to continue with their service and want to disconnect the connection once for all and get the refund. But even if disconnect, they are denying to refund the amount to my bank and are saying that the amount is in act wallet and I can use in future. Why would I use act wallet when I don’t have a connection. When I raise the question the customer executives are speaking so rude that don’t even talk professionally. I need a proper solution and want my amount back to my bank account which is the original payment mode.

I’ve received a call from Act Fibernet customer support executive on 2nd August stating that my existing plan be upgraded from 25 Mbps 250 GB plan to 50 Mbps 500 GB plan. I use 6 months package so my next payment due is on 2nd October. He informed that upgraded package is Rs 60/- higher than existing one for 6 months. So for August and September he advised me to pay Rs 20/- from Act App and I’ve paid it and call was cut from their end while I’m online with them. I’ve called support twice regarding this issue and there was no resolution from their end and they informed me to wait until next payment date to use upgraded package. I need the resolution on this ASAP.

I am shifting my location and i want to surrender my connection but i am not able to contact customer care. All the menu are automated and a solution for my problem is not available. I am trying to disconnect my connection meanwhile a bill has been generated in my name and i wont pay for it because my current plan is expiring on 13.08.21.

We have requested for the name change and this is requested on 26-July-2021, still it is not done, when we called customer care the response was ignorant kind of, when ever we call them the response is same which is :”it will be done in 24 hrs”, it is strange for me that from 26-July-2021 to today (03-Aug-2021) the 24hrs window is not expired.

Yesterday evening 6PM the internet was disconnected until now we did not have the internet(this was not communicated before). again whenever the answer is same ” it will be activated”.

Hello Sir Madam,

I have 2 accounts out which one was closed as the service provider could not set up internet connection at my place. So asked us to cancel and we do not need to pay anything. That account was closed, but got emails regarding payment reminder.

As there were 2 accounts, I accidentally paid the bill to the one which was closed. I have asked the customer care on July 4th 2021 and they said they have processed the refund to my act account(I’ve informed them many times to process the refund to my bank account). I do not see any refund on my account(because there is no such option as far as I see).

Its been a month and I keep emailing them and they say, we are processing and again saying they have processed the refund, which I do not see anywhere(not even on my bank account for the past month till date). The agent called me and closed the request mentioning that it was not regarding a refund and that I’d get a call the same day regarding the refund. No one called me. I even asked their office address at Hyderabad, so that I can physically go there and talk to them. They did not even provide the address. I looked up on google, but the address was not available.

I keep emailing them and it has been going like this since July 1st week.

I have disconnected my broadband connnection and raised a request for refund. It’s been 50 days and iam still didn’t receive my refund amount. When i called to customer care they replied my refund is approved and it is in their account itself and it wasn’t transferred into my bank account.
