This is to bring to your attention that I have 2 electricity due dates for the month of August. The first was on 2nd August 2021 and the next one is on the 31st August 2021. Irrespective of what your company policy is, it is impossible for common man to pay a bill twice in the same month. I called your customer service they refused to register my complain, and said they could not transfer the call to the supervisor as well. I was told I cannot change the billing date or due date as well. I get paid on the 1st working day of the month, if I do not pay the bill you will charge me a fine.
I think the person who id do the reading should be smart enough to calculate the date and do the meter reading accordingly. I find it completely unethical for a company to charge fines to people for no fault of ours during the pandemic where people have lost jobs. I hope you take some action and help your customers

My self Mr. Rajesh Dilip Singh (115 Deepnarayan Tiwari Chawl RM Road, Oshiwara Jogeshwari West Mumbai 4000102) would like to file a complaint in regards to our electricity bill payment. Since lockdown one of our neighbour is using the electricity without our acknowlegment from our meter. We had a conversation with him for the same and he confrimed to pay the bill from his end for usage of electricity but however he has never made a single payment for the bill. Also, for the notices received from Adani Power for bill payment were never passed on to us or informed. I have only received notice dated 28/06/2021 for due payments for the amount Rs. 67, 925.61 which is supposed to be paid by him.
Also would like to inform that I don’t reside in that location and my apartment is rented. So Mr. Ramesh Kadga has been collecting bill payments from people residing on rent in my house but never paid the same. Would like to request you to please take a strict action against the same. As I have already spoken to him couple of times for the payment but he always made excuses for the same.

I had filed a complain about no power supply in my area 4-5 hrs ago and i got a reply from them that power will be restore by 8.00 am but still the problem is not yet resolved. Got a reply at 8.00 am saying they have disconnected for safety.

I hereby inform you that past few days before there was a spark in our showroom due to which i complaint adani electricity, so the technician came and have done the work on temporary bases and told there is a low power supply, due to which i have complaint again on 22nd of june, again the technician came and he have done the work of main line on temporary bases due to which there is a huge short circuit on 23rd june at 7 P.M, all my aircondition and my LED lights are damage and the main thing there was a life risk because all of my customer were present in showroom at the time of short circuit, due to which i suffered a huge loss. I am complaining on 23rd june from 7 P.M. but still there is no response from Adani Electricity, due to which i am suffering a loss, so who is responsible for these, still there is no electricity in my showroom and no response from adani electricity, so please kindly do the needful and if still there will be no response from adani then i am going to complain an FIR against adani electricity.

Dear Sir,
I Bonaface Sutari residing at House no 106 St Braz Road Vile Parle West gautan, Mumbai 400056.
Would like to bring to your kind attention of a dangerous Electric meter box installed right at my main entrance and in a very, very badly maintained state by the owners, attaching supporting photos for your reference.
This meter box is openly exposed to heat and rain for the past decade, over the years I have giving the owners repeated reminders to maintain or shift the box in a safer place which is under their staircase, but they have ignored all the reminders and give lay excuses, and play a blame game saying the other occupants are not contributing towards the maintenance, this blame game has been going on for over 10 years, resulting in the box getting rotten, 5 yrs ago the door just broke fell blocking my entrance one rainy day with strong wind, and currently condition is without a door, you can refer with the person assigned to take the meter reading in this area, for your reference.
However, all said and done now it gets dangerous, On Monday 2st June 2021 somewhere around the second half of the day there was a loud spark in the meter box followed by smoke. Few minutes later there were three more louder sounds followed by sparks and smoke. That could have set the hole meter box on fire making it completely imposable for me and my family including a miner girl to escape to safety as the meter box on fire would be blocking my only escape route.
The current position of the meter box is in such a place that in case of a real time fire in the meter box, it will be difficult of the fire team to reach it easily and contain the fire before it got big and set my house on fire along with some more nearby houses as the houses in the gautan are very close to each other and some also attached to each other.
I would like to recommend and suggest to re instal the mitre box in a safer place under the owners own staircase which will keep it safe from rain, heat and also makes it is very easy for a fire team to reach in case of a fire as the new suggested spot is also road facing.
This electric meter box is a ticking bomb waiting to explode, and if so who is responsible for any unforeseen incident, The owners or Adani Electric LTD?????
Hence It is my humble request to you, kindly look into the matter and comply at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
My account no. Is[protected] with Adani Electricity, It’s a new connection that I have taken, I hardly use anything in my home, just 2 Fans and 2-3 LED Bulbs and 1 small fridge.

First Month I received a bill of Rs. 5450 Bill no.[protected] then I complained about it to customer care and Have been told its a new connection so it might have come high it will get adjusted in next months bill I landed money and paid it and the current bill has come Rs. 2510 Bill no.[protected]

In the pandemic situation it’s very difficult to fulfill basic needs and from where I will pay these bills, Please help to resolve my problem.

This is to inform you that my bill amount for june 2020 is very very high, the amount is 14600 rupees. I have paid amount for all bills on monthly basis and no bills are pending, not sure why you have sent such an high amount for june. My monthly bill which comes is average approx 3000rs and suddenly in june it shows 14600 rupees
