I Van lata rout resident House No- 529-P 2nd floor Sec-21 c, Faridabad Haryana applied for new connection at my resident and paid sum of Rs 1618/- via cheque on Date[protected] appliclation no- 61369 . Its been 6 months installation has been done yet.
Even 1st and 3rd floor resident got their connection done early on same plot
called many time on customer care they told us problem will resume soon and till yet no service is done.

This kind of customer service is not expected from adani gas group.

I request service team to solve my issue as soon as possible

I haven’t use gas line yet still I get bill 1079 and even I get call reminder and when I call customer care that time I get message that Number is not registered if number is not registered in system then how they able to call for payment reminder ? How could I revised the bill when am not able to reach customer care officers is I need to go to the office for this small thing is it correct ? When here mistake from you side because without use gas line how you calculate bill amount 1079 am not able to understand

Already 4 months are passed but connection is not installed till day.
We both are sr citizen and residing at rented house due to no connection.

We have applied for New Adani Gas Connection before 5 months by the name of Bhoop Singh Kharakpur devipura . Payment for the new connection was taken by Adani before 5 months.
The contractor came to see and asked us to make holes in the RCC slab & then they will come and do the piping work. We made holes in RCC Slab in 15 days and since then we are calling the contractor and customer care support ([protected]) but he is not responding and said office permanent close please don’t call this number again.

I visited Adani’s local office they also said to me that there no time to installed the connection.I registered complaint 10 to 20 times but there is no resolution yet.

Till date we have not received gas connection. Request to please look into the matter. Our contact number is

This is to bring to your notice that we have deposited on[protected] for geyser connection, but nobody has visited or responded even after multiple calls, nobody is listening our concern they just kept saying you have to wait for 30 days and when I called after 30 days to send someone, the person from your customer care said that our engineer has already visited you as per our records, whereas nobody has ever visited our place, but they themselves have put a fake feedback in their record that Mr Jitender Kumar the engineer has visited and and has advised us to cut pipe. Unbelievable fake people are working with Adani gas.
I have also mailed the nodal officer but didn’t get it resolved
