My name is supratim basu. I have registered to this job consultancy on 18.05.2016 with Rs 7273/. I hv got the name of this consultancy thru Naukri. com-job portal.
then they hv taken further Rs3000/ for better services.

till date I hv not got any proper interview call. when ever I called them they abuse me over phone their director Mr Arghya Sarkar does not pick up the call. i go time to time to their office but they avoided.

after I hv shouted in their office they hv sent me to 02 companies, but the companies are unaware about my interview. even they dont know them.

I am a poor guy and this type of consultant is taking advantage o[censored]s.

I hv borrowed money and pay them.

even their website is not working.

Myself Jit Mondal. Some months before I got an e-mail from a job consultancy. (Consultancy Details- ADS HR CONSULTANCY (An ISO 9001:2008 company) Web: www.adsconsultancy.in . Address: Saket Building, 39A, Jora Pukur Square Lane, 2nd Floor, Kolkata-700006, near Girish Park Metro) that consultancy received my CV from Naukri.com and told me to registered there. I registered there on[protected] with Rs- 2247.00 (valid six months) I registered for the post of Sales and Marketing and told them that my preferable sector is FMCG companies. And they assured for the same. Then the consultancy send me some interview calls but not a single from FMCG sector. I called them many times for this problem but did not get any result. Now my validity is expired. Now they are not ready to give me any demurrage. Now what can I do?

ADS has taken Rs 10000/from me and till date they have not arranged interview.
it is totally fraud.

everyday they cook up new stories and avoid. they have sent in 02 or 03 companies but when i have gone there the company person does not know about my interview.

I have 23 years experience in engineering and ADS consultancy is playing with me.

they sometimes abuse me over phone.

I am repeatedly complaining to naukri jobs thru which I have got the address but they are not also taking actions.

kindly take action against this fake job consultancy so and recover our hard pressed money which we have paid

Friends i am a victim of fake assurance of ads hr consultancy of kolkata. I request you not to register yoursely with any money as you will get only fake assurance and misbehaviour. Friends we are trying to take legal action against them by gathering proof, which can be used as evidence. Have read much about the complaints in this forum but i beg to differ on most of these complaints as i am one of their satisfied custometer. I am working as gm-hr in style bazar retail i pvt ltdwith great remuneration as promised by ads hr consutancy.
I was assisted by mr suman sarkar all throughout and he never failed to satisfy my needs.
Here's wishing ads all the very best and i hope in future ill be assisted by them yet again.

I have given 3000/- as registration charges to ads consultancy for interview call. They promise me for telephonic interview as i stayed outside wb but in total 1 year they didn't given a single telephonic interview. For this reason i demand the registration money back from them. Many times i went to there office kolkata for return the money but they denied to return money and misbehave with me and i totally lost my money. This consultancy is pure fraud and they mislead candidates. Those who r thinking to do registration my request dont't do registration otherwise u will loose ur total money.

I was given a relationship manager who understood my profile correctly and placed me in perfect organizations and currently I am working with Gayatri Projects Ltd as Chief Consultant – Mining . Hi guys actually they are running a sex racket, when I got mail I went to kolkata on 8 Aug 2016 and met a girl named riya then I was told that we provide paid service worth rs.2000 and we will arrange a lot of interview calls but when I paid that amount they started pretext day by day.they did't conduct a single interview till now.
Then I used my marketing skills, n realised them that it was my mistake b'coz I paid money and I told plz keep taking n 1 day she( ananya) got ready to meet me in a resort and I havr recorded all these conversation. Please guys tell me how can I use this…and I want to advice job seekers plz don't believe any paid service they will fetching ur hard core money ads consultant is one of them…

This is a complaint against harrasment by a consultancy named as ADS Consultancy. I have enrolled for finding jobs and paid them the requisite amount.
But they seemed to be ignorant after receiving the amount, they din't bother to pick up the calls or neither did they respond to any of the mails.
Its been almost 6 months I haven't received job updates as per my requirement.
Although I have asked them about the refund process, they said they have a refund policy. I have been following up with them through mails, calls, but nobody bothered to reply for the same.
Along with me 5 more people have enrolled and they are also facing the same issues.
Please look into the matter, as lot of people are being cheated with this scheme of the consultancy.
