Hi,

Advance hair studio @ koregaon park is nothing but a cheat. Have enrolled their services for hair restoration they simply cheated my with 1.5 l.

Was very clear in my objective that nee hair on the head, they done their survey/test etc.. Etc.. And eventually advised me for laser.

I was not comfortable and asked me to do transplant instead directly. Bt they persuaded me multiple times and assured me by all means to for laser treatment.
Went there almost for a year /every week /1 hr of seating.

But no result, not even stopping of hair fall. Felt like a big fool.

When i confronted them strongly initially they resisted saying result may vary person to person, asked them how much variation should be considered..10, 20, 30 %.. It was complete 100%.

Then they said you were irregular in coming for seating, i asked them to check the attendance chart… Was absolutely very much regular.. Then they said i might not have taken medicines regularly :).

I stated them for refund… Then they said it was a mistake from our staff and they are no longer working with us… However they are willing to compensate by changing me less per graft and quoted me a higher rate and giving the so called discount, which was higher than the original quote they gave before me going for laser.

In short for me it’s a cheat company and no one should trust them for any of their services and simply should banned from making fools.

Hi – i placed an order for a cosmetic product in january. I was committed that i will get my custom solution in 3-4 months. I was charged full amount in advance,

Even with consistent follow ups, the product arrived late. The regional head was rude and unreasonable whenever i tried to follow up.

It has been more than 5 months. After religious follow up they told me that the product is here. However, it is nothing that was promised for 2.6 lakhs,

– an ill-fitted product
– bad service
– no refund
– no solution.

I had done a surgery in 2013. N they messed up. The stitches were not removed correctly. N i experienced pain… N when i went back… Der was a thread left in my skull. Now i went back again after a year dey gave me injectuon n said it vll be fune. Now after 5 years pain still persists. Nerves damage. I want to claim compensation from them. And the treatment should be sponsored by them. Dr. Amit shah had operated. He was doing 2 surgeries at one time… N his assistant dis d major surgery for me.

Hi, this is sai and i have been a part of advance hair studio, chennai. I am currently a cosmetic client and i have been a part of their services since 2013. Earlier this year, i have ordered for four skins (Hair lace energy) from the company and they had told me that the skins will arrive in 4 months. I ordered and purchased my skins in the month of march which means the skins should have arrived by july.
It has almost been 8 months now and i have still not received my cosmetic skins. The reasons that they stated were
1. The hair manufacturing company lab got burnt and
2. There has been some skin checking going on in spite of me requesting them i had no back up skins
On repeatedly requesting them, they were procrastinating to an extent that i decided to initiate a refund from my end. Now, the point to be understood very clearly is that they don’t refund your skins and they convince to retain you even when you become a victim of the services that they offer. The company head office personnel never contacted me until now and they reinstate only one thing saying “we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused and the delay “and they expect the client to understand and compromise.
Also, i paid the entire amount for the cosmetic, they told me that the skins cannot be refunded and have convinced me to still use their services. So, kindly pay scrupulous detail to their terms and conditions before leveraging onto their platform for cosmetic and hair transplant. I have been struggling with only one spare skin in hand now that i am currently using and i have no back up skins. I have initiated a refund from my end but they strongly disagreed for a refund.
Just imagine as a client, you pay the entire amount of rs.4 lakhs for a cosmetic skin and a company is literally retaining your hard owned money by just giving false, lame and incredulous excuses by manipulating you and delaying things up by consuming your time and energy.
I have also received a generic skin (Somebody else’s skin or other company’s skin) and they convinced me stating that it is my own customised skin, until i found out with a little bit of knowledge that i had that the skin did not match my scalp measurements and ended up returning the skins to them while i was undergoing my fitting.
In the next review i will also provide further details of my laser treatment that i underwent in 2013 and how i have been a victim of the treatment. I have a bill receipt as a proof to provide the clients with more information about their products and services. On a good note, i can only tell the clients who are investing their financial resources only one thing that “never judge a book by its cover “and that think twice before you invest your valuable money. This is a fake company. Try calling their toll free number and first thing they say ” Hair will grow if follicles are alive “. Basic common sense man !!! Anything that’s alive will grow on its own. Doesn’t need any laser machines for it. The telecallers are refrained from using the correct words like strand by strand cosmetic is only skin made of silicon. They charge u by the kind of clothes, accessories n mobiles u carry. I[censored] drive Audi+ car the price triples. Strand by strand Ultimate is FUE only. Worldwide consultation is free for AHS but in India they r looting public. All reviews are correct. Laser is given so that you begin with them and gradually go for more procedures.

I was pursued by one of my relatives for a consultation on Hair loss.

The gentleman who explained was very confident and convincing. They quoted me for hairpiece and quoted me 219, 000 rupees.

They are very very very good sales people, they lie to their bones. They promised hair which would look natural, bouncy and all that convincing . They kept chasing and brought down the price to 176, 000 rupees. I thought I will give it a go.

When I received the hairpiece after three or four months I knew I was taken for a ride, waste of money and very very poor after sales service, no one wants to know about you on your complaints.

i took stand by strand ultimate procedure for hair transplant and paid Rs 321350 vide invoice no del/invoice/00052/14-15 first of all i was told that it is non surgical operation so i reached in Operation theater i got to know that it is surgical operation as i already reached so no option left i said yes . my scalp was cut and around 4-5 stitches they use to bind my head . first thing is this that they told and commit not use surgical option but atlas they did surgical method . after this they charged Rs 131180/- for advanced laser therapy including medicines n all i was supposed to visit once a week for 10 months but they don’t have free therapy room normally whenever i ask for appointment they generally refused by saying “ at that time appointment not possible “ even i didn’t get shampoo, sirum and medicines as they generally out of stock .after 6-8 therapy they stop giving appointment by saying that ur time is over even i supposed to take 40 sittings in which i dot hardly 10 sittings . so plz look into matter if possible . and I’m not impressed by results also.

Hi Friends,
I would like to share my experience with Advanced Hair Studio /Bangalore, to you all. The advanced hair studio is complete fraud and bogus hair treatment centre.
I saw their promo and reviews of sports stars and TV ad’s, as I was going through tremendous hair loss, and wanted a permanent solutions for the same. I took appointment at Bangalore studio on paying 900, on first week of Sep 2014, Mr Raj guided me to go for laser therapy treatment worth 1, 25, 000 and with Laser device worth 1, 70, 000. And promised me that the treatment will be fruit full and will notice stopping off hair loss and regrowth of hair.
I opted for laser device as was working abroad, and requested for some discounted, Mr Karthik was constantly in touch with me and pursuing me to choose the treatment and ensuring /promising that device with some medicine, will help me to get regrow hair loss.
Later I paid some of 25, 000 on 30 th Sep / invoice receipt :BAN/LP/00610/14-15.
For 10 months laser treatment studio with device.
I was assured from Trico doctor as the treatment will be good for my scalp, and she took some snaps of my scalp.
Later I paid the balance amount, total agreed to pay 1, 60, 000. As they were not giving me the device. Also I was travelling abroad. the management insisted to pay full amount for the products.
Paid the balance amount of 1, 45, 000, receipt : Q/BAN/00396/14-15.
I was using the product and device for a year took 4 sittings at studio 3 in bangalore a1 in chennai, later after 5 months went to studio to consult Trico, saw again pic. There was no change of hair follicles, and no sign of regrowth.
Was again taking required medicine, doing laser treatment at home as prescribed by doctor, and consulted after 10 month. I met Mr Karthik, telling him that there was no change of scalp, no sign of regrowth, moreover it was same as that a year back. He was telling me that he’s helpless and advising me to consult dermatologist for further treatment. I was insisting for money back, and asking him to allow for remaining sitting, out of 30 did only 5, but he was not entertaining as the duration of 10 months was over, as told by him.
This message is for clients who didn’t get any response or benefits from advanced hair studio.
As such a poor service and treatment therapy they offer for taking such a huge amount. The laser device I enquired from other centre was just 20, 000. I trusted these cunning and fraud people.
I am not ex employee or your past clients, all I have to say is give back My hard earned money.
