My account is deducted with 10, 114 for this policy renewal.
Aegon Life iTerm Plus – Life & Health Plus Plan (UIN: 138N060V02) with policy no[protected].
I already requested to cancel my policy. So i wrote to their customer care customer.[protected]@aegonlife.com but no reply.
I cant login to their portal/ their reset password link also not working.
Their customer care no[protected] also a waste, no one responds or call back.
These frauds unnecassarily deducting amounts. Now i want my refund ASAP.

With regards to above policy no, my mother – in – law was hospitalised in the month of june 2017 and we have submitted claim papers on 28.06.2017.
But its been 2 months still we have not received the claim amount. Everytime your people call doctors for verification and after that no response from you.

Currently i am not in country so my mother is continuously following up with your people. Because of such a laid back attitude we will think next time for renewing the policy.

Please let us know the exact status and when we can get the claim amount.

My self being a critical care anaesthetist staying bangalore was using religare health insurance policy from last four year and added my wife (Currently in gurgaon) also in same policy last year and never had any requirement or need of any claim until this month.
Last week[protected] my wife who is also md medicine got high grade fever with headache weakness and other associated symptoms. Being medico on symptom basis oral medications were started for fever and all and next day got investigation also done form medanta hospital to further evaluate.in view suspected fever – investigation for dengue, malaria, typhoid were done as these were quite prevalent during this season but all serology initial reports came negative except low total leucocytes of 2.5 thousand /ccmm count and platelet were also trending toward lower side.
In the mean time fever, weakness headache other symptoms were still persisting. On sunday[protected] night her weakness got worsened along with headache and sweating and was not able to eat or drink properly because of her current condition.
So she was referred on 17-09-17 night around 10:00 pm to medanta emergency medicine and was evaluated by the medicine team and she was advised admission on suspected acute febrile illness –with suspected swine flu and extreme weakness and headache. She was advised for intravenous fluids and intravenous medication she was not able to take feed orally in view of her poor health condition.
In the mean time pre-authorisation form for religare health insurance was filled as per requirement.
Investigation for swine flu was send along with other investigations. Swine flu serology report was negative but total leucocytes counts were still lower than the normal suspecting acute viral illness. Patient was kept on iv fluids and medication until she condition become better.
Explanation for admission as needed by religare insurance team was provided by the treating doctor in written explaining the need for intravenous fluid and iv medication requirement and need for further evaluation 18 th of september 17 which could not be done on opd (Out patient basis) basis.
As her condition improved she was planned for discharge on 20-09-17 by the treating doctor.
But during discharge religare health insurance claim team denied claim for hospital bill giving unjustified reason as mentioned below:
• admission not justified for evaluation purpose it could be done on the opd basis
• admission not justified
Tried calling the religare health insurance customer care that made wait for 20-0 mins online, every time i had explain the full story to them and wanted the claim team to justify the refusal of my claim. But to my shock they were not ready to provide the justification and keep on repeating the reason that patient could be managed on opd basis.
I wanted to know on what basis religare team claming that patient could be managed on opd basis when patient in extreme weakness could not eat or drink, then how could patient take oral medication when patient required intravenous medication and fluids to support.
How can religare team can explain that swine flu suspected patient can be treated on opd basis who needed isolation in hospital. Swine flu was ruled out only after getting admission only after testing for serology keeping patient isolated.
According to religare they want to create the epidemic of swine flu as per their policy by keeping suspected patient un-isolated on opd basis that is against medical treatment.
Since i have paid for the policy for last 4 year and being a medico, i got all the right to know the justification for refusal of my claim and right to know how could patient have my patient be treated on opd basis as per the religare claim team.
Since i was refused for any justification for refusal for claim by religare claim team, sending this email for justifiction for the same from religare greviance team and my cliam amount which i had to pay and problems faced due to inappropriate policy toward the consumers problems.

I am 87 years old retired deffence personal 7 years ago int the year 2011your agen maned amit at kota (Raj) by misleading insured 7 policies in the name of my daughter daya shukla (Vyas) of 16 years maturity period and 10 years payment of premium of approximately rs 2, 00, 000.00 (Two lacs) by mis leading the you have to pay only one instalment. My monthly income of that time was rs 13000/- pm so policies cannot be run regularlyas detail under

Pl look at my age and economic condition and assist me to realized block fund at you end.

I have policy of aegon life company, i have paid of my premium rs 2590 for 3 years.
When i buy this policy aegon life agent is saying sir you can withdrawal after 3 years but when i go for withdrawal in your office they said you can not withdrawal what ever you paid.
Sir i bought this policy for my sister marriage and i need this amount i have paid total 90000 i don’t want to any bonus please give me only my premium.
I don’t have lots of money sir this is my saving.
Please sir help me.

I Enrolled for Aegon I term plan online with policy number[protected] after medical test there is no response when i emailed to anita.[protected]@aegonlife.com this email is only on auto answer mode there is no reply since 2 days

its better to cancel the policy at this point as there is no gurantee from their service that they will provide to our nominees this is completely unacceptable.

please guide how to get refund from this cheaters

With reference to the policy taken with aegon religare 3 years back, i requested to change my policy address to the present address. They asked for proof of address with id proof. So, sent the soft copies of my pan and rental agreement. But, they are not ready to accept it. Hence, i wanted to surrender the policy. Having paid around 75, 000+ as annual premiums for last 3 years, they are saying i wont get any surrender value. Not even used a single penny from the policy till date. Now, i dont know what to do. Besides, regarding address change i am getting irritable default emails. Hence, undergoing a big ordeal. Unable to know what to do.

In the month of dec 2017 i had apply for a term insurance through policy bazar but for some reason i cancel my proposal but till date i have not received my refund i have number of times sent mail to policy bazar but not result received its very bad experience from policy bazar as they only concern selling new plan but not give any service to there customer.

My name is Sunanda Biswas and my Agency code is ‪10031246‬ and PAN number is BCZPB6416M. My licence is terminated in April 2015 but my PAN number is still reflected in IRDA portal. I am continuously requesting to Aegon Life insurance company to my PAN number and my name from IRDA portal in this website sales.[protected]@aegonlife.com but they are not responding my mail. They did not still delete my PAN number from IRDA portal my PAN number still reflect in IRDA portal because of this problem I lost my job I am very disappointed for Aegon Life behaviour they are not listen to me. I am sending my first mail in 9-7-18 after that I am continuously request them to remove my PAN number from IRDA portal but they are not still remove my PAN number. I am request you please do something about my problem. I am very stressed for this problem please solve my problem sir its my humble request to you. I want to get my job back. Please help me.
