Today in the morning I have received a link via sms to download my offer letter for Air Asia Company.
In the letter all details about interview is wriittem which seems to be original however they have asked for security deposit of 10k which I think it shouldn’t as they requesting the payment today itself.
I had call on the number provided with name as vasant kumar (HR). I had a word with him and he assures that it is genuine offer letter but on research I havent found any details about him on air Asia website or on Google or LinkedIn.
Please take this very seriously as I also have the recorded call and kindly revert me back with the resolution asap.

I booked Airasia tickets on 25.12.2020 from ixigo and on 23.12.2020 due tot the illness of my father I cancelled the ticket, and after speaking to ixigo they replied me that I won’t be receiving any money and they also stated that all the money have been deducted on the cancellation fee but when I booked the ticket it was showing partially refund for cancelling the ticket but now the ixigo are ignoring and saying there is no partially refund…I need the partially refund which I am suppose to receive.

I had booked a flight with AirAsia India from Delhi to Pune on 14th April 2021 02:30hours.

Out of nowhere, I received an SMS from AirAsia-
FLIGHT CHANGE SUCCESSFUL: The new itinerary for your booking C843UX is as below.
From: I5-728 departing on[protected]:00 AM To: I5-731 departing on[protected]:25 PM Please complete your web check-in 4 hours prior to your departure time. And, get ready to take off comfortably & safely with AirAsia India.

The above message is written as if I was the one who initiated the request to change my flight. I ave no clue why they did this. I tried to change my flight back to the original one I had booked. For this I was using their chat box, Tia, online. There was no option given to me by her to book the original flight again. I tried finding their email ID, but couldn’t fins it anywhere. Finally, I tried calling them 25+ times on their customer care number mentioned on the website. Not a single person responded.

My itinerary is BHOPAL to DELHI to PUNE.
My BHOPAL TO DELHI flight is confirmed and I will reach Delhi by 9PM on 13th April. The only flight which takes me to Pune home by time was this Air Asia flight that I had booked. Because of the last moment panic and no other flight to be found on that date in the comfortable time duration, I had to cancel this Air Asia flight so that I can book 2 different flights for the next day. Because of AirAsia, I have wasted money on 3 flights!!! I EITHER WANT AIRASIA INDIA TO BOOK ME ON THE ORIGINAL FLIGHT AGAIN ASAP OR THEY SHOULD REFUND ME THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE BHOPAL TO DELHI FLIGHT I HAVE BOOKED WITH INDIGO AS IHAD ASSURANCE THAT AIRASIA FLIGHT WILL TAKE ME HOME SAFE. AirAsia India has refunded me the price for the flight I cancelled with them. However, the INDIGO flight that I have booked from Bhopal to Delhi because of them is non-refundable. THEY SHOULD DO ONE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED THINGS.

Due to covid19, air Asia flight was cancelled from their side and I was promised credit amount which was valid till 6th June 2022. They promised the credit on 5th June 2020. My booking was for 3rd june2020. Thereby no ways it’s possible that the credit period is over. How come the amount of rs.8922 has been redeemed by Air Asia without any prior intimation? I want refund in any possible way. Either complete credit amount or refund.

I, Anil Kumar need Travel Certificate booking no C37MHW date[protected]. Because I have lost my boarding pass. I have to submit this certificate in my office for reimbursement the traveling amount. I continued tried two hours parallel both contact customer care no Bangalore[protected],[protected] seperarely. But can’t. I didn’t find any link to solve the issue. Other service provider have link for this. Please help me. Air Asia is not responding.

I do not understand why Air Asia always sending the same email saying that you won’t refund the amount without knowing the issue.

I am copying Ms. Santosh Chand here to escalate this issue.
Dear Sir,

Please note the following.

1. Asia was always a failure in customer service. I was trying to cancel a ticket for so many days( more than 2 weeks) and no customer executives were available to help as the line was always busy. I believe it is a bug from your end. Also I have tried automated chat from your side and it says that I had booked via an agent and I got shocked. I was 200% sure that I booked thru AirAsia.com. How the hell agent came into the picture here?

2. Due to this I had to book two flights unnecessarily to fly from Bangalore to Cochin. Moreover you guys had cancelled my other booked flights two times. I had to spend double the money for flights that’s only because of the poor service form Airasia.

3. When I contacted the Nodal officer, they always replied that I had flown with the flight, and will not refund that amount. Note that I had to book multiple flights due to the reason that Airasia was not helping me to cancel the booking. This was such a mental tourture to me and had to alter my plans multiple times just because of poor Air Asia service.

I will not stop escalating this until I get a reasonable reply and a refund for any of the below flights.
Both of the flights below, I was trying to cancel through your chat service and customer care, and did not get a response over 2 weeks of time. This is seriously the worst service ever happened in my life.

Flight: I5 976 – Boarded the flight.
Flight : I5 1451 – Did not travel on this flight and again I was not able to cancel due to the worst service form your side.

I had to book this one due to many confusions created by AirAsia and I was not able to cancel the flights either through the chatting option or through the customer care as I mentioned in previous mail. Earlier I was trying to cancel Flight: I5 991 as it’s time was not convenient to me. I also faced the same issue to cancel that flight as well. Later Air Asia cancelled Flight: I5 991, and given Flight: I5 976. Since the Flight: I5 976 was delayed ( from 18:05, to : 21:00, I was able to catch up that up.

I had booked a ticket via Air Asia (India) from Bengaluru to Mumbai for date January 16, 2021 with flight I5-926 & PNR G652VQ (Booking details attached).
On january 16 (journey day morning), i received multiple messages from Air Asia sttaing that flight I5-926 has been delayed from bagdogra from where it will reach bengaluru. This created confusion that when will flight leave from bengaluru.
I called multiple times for Air Asia customer care but no customer executive was available to answer the call despite waiting for 15mins over call (Call record attached).
On going to airport, I was informed that the flight had left on time & there was no delay as mentioned in messages received by me.
Despite showing the messages, the carrier personnel did not arrange me new flight ticket as it was their mistake.
I was made to book new ticket to mumbai costing whooping 9363INR on my own to reach mumbai the same day.
I want refund of 2nd ticket amount as it was Air Asia’s mistake to send me wrong information.

On my recent travel from goa to delhi on nov 28, air asia flight i5 776 charged me inr 400 for providing me a seat in the flight. (pnr # vgwu8j, seat # 7 e & f)
I checked in at air asia counter at 1.30 pm for the flight departure at 3.10 and was told by the lady at the counter that all the seats in air asia flight are chargeable. i was told that if i need a seat from row # 1 to 14, i need to pay inr 200 per seat and for seats from 15 till the end, i need to pay inr 99 per seat.
When i asked her that i have already made a booking months back and why are they charging me for a seat, i was told this is the way air asia works and if i want to board the flight i need to pay this amount. i checked in much ahead of time and there were more than 60-70 customers who checked in after me to collect the boarding passes.
I paid inr 400 for 2 seats over and above the regular booking amount that i paid a few months ago.
While in the flight, i got to know that air asia has charged everyone a different amount. 2 students were sitting beside me who were asked inr 500 per seat for the same row however they paid very less amount.
Air asia is making a fool of customers and are overcharging the customers to provide a seat in the flight. does that mean that when i booked my flight the booking was to stand in the flight and not to sit???
Some lawyer please contact me as i have all the receipts and boarding passes and i want to sue air asia for their fraud they are doing with the customers. attached are the receipts and the card charge receipt reflecting the time (1.31 pm) when i collected the boarding passes.

Hello,
My name is akshay khatri.
I have told this story to all the advisor's i have spoken with on phone and i have made more than 10 phone calls through out this week.
But as advised i was asked to write this whole email down briefing the situation to you by email as verbal communication is of no use for you!
So i have invested my personal time writing it down please have the heart and patience to read it.
I was traveling from pune to delhi with air asia on the 00:45 am flight.
I had many problems there as people kept me misinformed and made run in circles just trying to go through the check in. The luggage check i had go through it 2 times as the guy didn't stick the sticker and misinformed me that the check in doesn't start till 11.20.
After seeing a big line at air asia counter i went there to check in.
After waiting for 15 mins i tried to check in and i was informed that my bag didn't have the security check tags so i had to go again through the whole process of the luggage check.
After following the line again the person at the desk informed me that i had 1 kg. Of excessive luggage so he asked me to move something in my hand luggage bag. So i moved a bottle of alcohol (Johnnie walker) which i was taking as a gift from the back pack to the hand luggage bag. I asked him if it was ok to do so and he told me it would be completely fine.
I went to the security check in then with my boarding pass. There was a huge line as the airport was exceptionally crowded.
Once i checked in my hand luggage there they asked me to open the bag and leave the alcohol bottle behind. But i couldn't do so as it was a very expensive bottle so i asked the security what can be done and he asked me to ask the airlines to bring up my backpack and put it inside in that!
I had to go back all the way again to the luggage counter and there was this other guy sitting in the counter. I requested him to bring up my backpack so i could put the bottle back in there but he completely denied and told it is not possible for him to get my bag!
He asked me to put it in a different bag or a coat bag.
I had a tuxedo bag which i was carrying with me so i put the bottle in that and had to go through the check in again to take a tag as approval. The security were not polite and had a very rude attitude.
The guy asked me to pay 800 rs. Extra for the coat bag which i checked in with the alcohol. It could have all been completed avoided if i had been correctly informed from your side at the time of check in. So i paid 800 rs. Extra for nothing as i could have just removed so other stuff from the bag and put the bottle in the luggage. I informed the young man to take care of my bag as i would be at complete loss if the bottle broke! He promised me that he would take care.
I had to go through the whole thing again and finally reached the gate at 12.30!
I was very tired, parched from running around in the airport and also i had travelled from mahabaleshvar to take the flight! After having this hectic experience i boarded the flight which literally made me deaf due to air pressure and gave me a servere head pain.
Having this worst flying experience and a very hectic day i arrived at the airport and to my surprise the bag looked very dirty was wet! And yes the bottle was broken and my tuxedo was destroyed!
Being so tired and frustrated i just walked away angrily as i could not spot any of your staff there and i was angry on them as it all happened because of their incompetence. I did not click any pictures of the broken bottle as i was in a rush and threw it in the garbage can.
I had to leave the airport in a rush otherwise i would miss my bus to uttrakhand so i didn't have the time to complain then. But i called the customer service and have been waiting since then for some support from your side as i suffered a huge loss. But no seems to help me. I have called the customer service many times and waiting for a proper response.
There has been no attempt for the backhand team to contact me and they closed my case without even trying to help me.
This was my worst flying experience ever and i also want to share this experience in the social media as i think your support team don't value the customer's.
I have asked the back hand team to call me but they never did so i have to write this long email stating my issue and story.
I hope you will revert back to me and compensate for my loss. It has been a very bad service. I was not expecting this from air asia!
