I had booked a ticket from Calicut to Doha on 27th April 2021. But since I was tested positive for Covid 19 on 26 April 2021 I was not able to travel on 27th and I had requested for the cancellation of ticket on 26th April itself.

During the time of Booking the ticket, Airindia Express Website server was down so I had to book the ticket manually through customer care centre and because of that reason I haven’t received any PNR/Confirmation Number for the ticket. I just received the ITR TICKET COPY.When asked for the PNR/Confirmation number to the customer care agents, they informed that since the ticket was booked manually from customer care centre and website is down so the PNR won’t be issued.

Till now I haven’t received any proper response from their side even after calling the customer care n number of times and also sending them emails.

Hello team,

I had cancelled my Air India ticket due to the COVID-19 issues and had applied for a refund for my air ticket four months ago, and I have not received it yet. I was told that the refund will be processed within 4 weeks and yet I have not received it even after 4 months. Despite my repeated attempts through emails and customer service calls to get the refund of the flight from Toronto to Bangalore dated 20th February 2021, the customer support or e-commerce Air India has failed in resolving the query. Each time I call the customer service department, they say they don’t deal with refunds, and any information about refunds can be obtained by emailing the e-commerce team of Air India. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Air India. I have been dropping several emails, and yet I get no response from them. My request to you is to please help me in getting my refund from Air India as soon as possible. Thank you.

This is regarding our earlier flight to Dubai from Mangalore. I had booked our ticket for 6th may, But because of flight suspension we were unable to travel on the said date. So I had called Air India Express customer care and cancelled my flight, and the customer care representative told me that a refund has been initiated and I would receive the full refund within 15 days, but it’s more than 15 days now and I still haven’t received my refund yet. So I called the customer care again on 24th May and they told to mail me to [protected]@airindiaexpress.com, but still no reply. Called them again on 28th May they are saying to mail it to [protected]@airindiaexpress.com and [protected]@airindiaexpress.com.
Please help me in getting my money back!

Hi There, I had booked flight tickets for myself and my wife to travel from Trichy to Kuala Lumpur and was supposed to board a flight on 28th April 2021. On 26th April 2021 evening at around 4.30pm IST Malaysia banned Indians from entering Malaysia effective from 28th April 2021. Indian High commission also acknowledged this on their website on 27th April 2021 and mentioned Vande Bharat mission flights to Malaysia are suspended. First Air India Express did not confirm this until 28th April 2021 2:46pm IST. Post confirming I have been asking them about the refund, I didnt get any response for 4-5 days post which they replied saying I will not be getting the refund. I challenged back asking why I will not be getting refund but no response to that email. As per DGCA I should be getting refund in 7 days but no luck so far. I tried reaching customer support, waited on call for 30 mins and when finally an executive attended the call, he says my flight status in the system says “Flight Cancelled, Passenger No Show” which doesnt make sense. I have wrote multiple times asking for clarification but no response. My PNR number is RKHCGB and my passport number Z3824747. I am attaching all the email follow ups I have done so far, but no luck. Please find attached flight ticket from mangalore to Doha for 2nd may timing 17:35 departure but it was preponed to morning 11:25 am. The flight number was also changed. My husband Noel Pereira did not receive any information about it. Can you please urgently send email regarding flight timing change as he needs to amend his hotel quarantine booking in Doha. He has booked another available flight currently but for hotel quarantine he needs email from air india express regarding flight timing change.

I booked a ticket online at air India website on 25 th Oct 2020 from agartala to Jammu. Ticket was issued and passenger name was Rajendra Kumar Mistri.
On dated 02 nov 2020, I got a mail on from Air India one flight kolkatta to delhi is cancelled and it will be depart next day so I called to customer care for cancel all connecting flight and they replied you have send a mail at [protected]@airindia.in.
On same day I mailed to [protected]@airindia.in for cancelled all connecting flight. I once again mailed to 3rd and 11th Nov 2020 but no any kind of response given by airline and no refund has been issued /given me.
On dated 22 Dec 2020, I also mailed to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in for refund but result is same, no response given of this mail.
So kindly do needful action and please help to rufund the whole amount (Rs. 9577) in this regard.

PNR KISURE
I have requested for cancellation and refund for above PNR since couple of months. Already received reply from airindia saying cancellation charge of 122AED will deducted which I agreed for. Till date there is no reply and no refund also ? Above PNR travel date May 29th 2020.

This Ticket was cancelled On Lockdown period. i was chacing for this refund around 3 months, The amount was not yet credited to my Bank account.
Now the customer care executives were not replying for my email. And the telecalling executives just committing last 2 months that you will after 5 days you will recieve.

I cancelled my ticket PNR: HQMINJ for the travel date 04-Apr-20 on 31-Mar-20 as all flights were stopped due to Covid 19 by 22-Mar-20. AirIndia Expressed usual cancellation charges and also have not refunded the booking amount INR 30, 982.38 till today 14-Jan-21. I had send 8 reminder mails so far to customer support and twice to appellate mail id but I always got a reply that high email volume is faced by customer support only. Please arrange to refund my full booking urgently as I didn’t travel due to pandemic and it is going to be an year of booking date which was in Jan.2020.

I have taken a ticket to travel in air India Express IX-1745 (Confirmation number: WIIGLL) on[protected].On that day I reached the airport. But, I didn’t get the boarding pass. The officials of air India Express denied me the boarding pass. They stated two reasons for the denial.1. They told me even though my travel was to Sharjah the Dubai entry permit was compulsory.2. Second one is that my visa was in my old passport. I took my old and new passport. But still they didn’t give me permission to travel.After the failure to travel on December 15. I applied for a Dubai entry permit, and I got it. Again I reached the air India express office in Kannur Airport and I requested them to allow me to travel with the same ticket according to the entry permit. But the officials were adamant on their argument, that my visa was in my old passport, and I couldn’t travel.Officials told me that my visa and new passport should link from UAE immigration. My company HR enquired about this. But they told me, there is no such rule to link a new passport and visa to travel to the UAE.I enquired the same to other airlines. They replied that I can travel to their airlines with an old and new passport without linking. So I was forced to travel to another airline.Sir, I have taken an Air India Express ticket for Rs 9300.I humbly request you to kindly refund the amount as per airline policy. I am enclosing my ticket copy along with the application.
