Dear air india express team,

Last few years i am travelling with air india express from doha to cnn, ccj and cnn, ccj to doha. For the last week i got 3 days leave from my office to travel kannur, kerala, india. So i booked ticket with air india express and unfortunately it was utterly worst experience in my life. Following are the difficulties experienced during my travel.

Travel date: doha to kannur (Travel date & time :17/12/2019, 22:30)
Travel date: kannur to doha (Travel date & time :21/12/2019, 19:50)

No: 1. On 16/12/2019 i booked ticket from doha to kannur (Travel date & time :17/12/2019, 22:30) through air india express website using commercial bank credit card. After the payment i got an error message "some error occurred". I didn't get any confirmation details or ticket details. After that i tried to contact customer support team on[protected] more than 2 hrs using 3 different contact number from qatar. I tried continuously finally got connected and they provided the pnr number (Confirmation number: xhmvex).

No: 2. On 17/12/2019 i tried to reserve my seat using air india express website, selected seat number 6d and made the payment 25 qr using credit card. After that i went airport for travelling to kannur during that time from air india express counter they informed as your pnr number not showing in the list. I checked with air india express office for the issue, they told me you need to pay balance amount 25 qr for the seat reservation. I informed them i made that payment through my credit card and there is no pending for my ticket, i lost my 1 hr in air india express counter and i made double payment for the seat. My previous credit card payment not yet roll backed 25 qr.

No: 3. On 19/12/2019 i booked return ticket trough air india express website from kannur to doha (Travel date & time :21/12/2019, 19:50) using commercial bank credit card. After the payment i got an error message "some error occurred". I didn't get any confirmation details or ticket details. After that i tried to contact customer support team on[protected]. I tried continuously and got connected, they told me your booking was cancelled from the website and payment will be roll backed. After some time account credited with an amount that is less than my actual payment amount. Lost amount inr 14457.91 and return credited amount 458.34 qr (Near to inr 9000) balance amount around 5500 inr

No:4. On 21/12/2019 i reached cnn airport around 17:00 o'clock for travelling to doha. From the airport staff they informed check in not yet started because the flight is 2 hrs delayed (I didn't get any email or sms confirmation about the flight delay). I wasted my 2 hrs outside the airport. After 2 hrs 19:00 o'clock they started check in and during the check in they informed flight will be again delay another 50 minutes. So it will be 2 hrs 50 minutes delay. After the immigration from the display screen we can see that flight rescheduled again to 23:00 o'clock. And unfortunately flight departures on 23:35 o'clock. Scheduled departure time 19:50 and actual departure time is 23:35. So total off 3 hrs 45 minutes delay. The flight arrived doha 01:40. I am working in government sector (Supreme committee for delivery and legacy al bidda tower office qatar.) due to the flight delay today i cannot attend my office.

This is not good experience for me, because i am travelling only for 3 days leave and i wasted my valuable time in airport, i cannot attend in my office. Also i paid more than 40000 inr for this trip.

So kindly check the above mentioned details and take necessary action for the compensation due to flight delay, and please refund the balance amount informed in no: 2 and 3

I had cancelled my air india ticket (Bangalore – lhr – bangalore) on 13th dec'2019. I was communicated that the refund would be processed within 20 days. It has been more than 4 week, but the refund has not been processed. When i call them, they are unable to give me a status. The details as included below:

On dec 8th 2019 i book a ticket from shj to trivandrum using credit card. By mistake the date i have selected is wrong. That's why i cancel that ticket within 1 hour. After i got a confirmation email also. I contacted air india office in dubai. They said that email on [protected]@airindia.in. So i email on this email 4 times. They reply that refund money will credited within 20 working days.

I had (On 09-dec-2019) booked online an air india express flight ticket from
Thiruvananthapuram to doha, qatar (Ix-373) dated 17-jan-2020, ticket charge was indian rupees 13673/- (Confirmation number zywjra)
Same day morning i reached airport counter for boarding, then air-india
Ground staff told me the system showing the ticket has been canceled and
Refunded to my bank account, and forced me to take another flight ticket to
Travel an amount of indian rupees 18395/- (Confirmation number xjorae)
I repeatedly told them i never got any ticket cancellation mail from
Air-india or refund details from the bank
Now i came back to qatar and checked with the bank and bank confirmed there is no refund amount from the air-india.
Hereby i am attaching both tickets and you can check the cctv at the desk too.
Until today (21-jan-2020) i didn't receive any refund amount to my bank account.

I had tried to do a booking online yesterday (26jan2020) and after entering card details it went to error and didn't get any confirmation money was also not deducted at that time. I waited over 2 hours and did a booking any which got confirmed. But at night got 2 messages and my money got deducted twice. Amount of 680.67 dhs (13, 195.92 rs) was deducted twice. Only confirmation i got was :confirmation number "dquzla". Flight ix-537.

I've booked a return trip from dmm to ccj via airindia express website using my credit card. I got confirmed tickets in my email and the amount also deducted from my card. After 3 days i postponed my trip to a week after the initial date. I paid extra for that using my debit card. After reaching airport for my outbound travel from dmm, the check in staff informed me that my ticket is not showing in their system. They asked me to wait for almost an hour and then informed that he tried to reach the hq but no one is available. He also told me rudely that if i want to travel today, i have to pay the full one way ticket amount of 901 sar again. After several minutes of argument i was forced to pay the extra money to travel in that flight. They gave a receipt of the same.
I've tried to reach air india express customer care and they simply instructed to send an email to customer care with all details. After several emails to customer care and their nodal officer, they responded that they are investigating the same. I'm still waiting (More than 4 weeks) for an answer and the refund of my money

Hi, on 12th jan 20 i tried booking ticket through air india call center as usual, and made 50, 000 inr (Ticket cost – 214, 000 inr). Due to some technical reason i was not able to make remaining payment hence ticket was not booked. Though pnr number was generated. Now 50, 000 inr got debited from my bank account and the transaction successful.

Air india said within 48 hours it will be credited back to bank account.

But still today on 03rd feb 20 the amount has not refunded by air india.

Kindly take serious action against them.

[protected], [protected] flight no ix -172, please find attached for more details about, flight was delayed 2 hours and on boarding pass they have mentioned gate no 6 for departure and they departure from gate 24 without and announcement, i missed flight and was sufferings 5 hours here and there ask for help, no one helped me and ask me to but new tickets for next flight, i need refund for my tickets which i not used, its highly appreciated i[censored] solve this case as soon as possible, worst services i had with air india and their staff, very disappointed they don't have any priority qua for ladies with baby,
