They have made a 20 years contract of tower and decided to give rs.8, 195 per month, but since 2017 no rent is given to us and all the contact numbers, customer care numbers are invalid…
This is a height of irresponsibility kindly resolve our complaint…
Plz reply me as soon as possible..
Otherwise we will just sale it…
Lest we will sale the tower to someone or it’s parts in the market

Sir, Using this Aircel App, I had recharged RC 109 under "circle offers" for my mobile number xxxxxxx445. As per information given in Aircel App, RC 109 gives 109 talk time + 109 mb data with 3 day validity + 109 a2a minutes free with 30 days validity.
After recharge, I got message that RRs. 109 Talktime valid for 21days only and no A2A minutes. It's nothing but totally Cheating a customer.
I got screen shot of app and lodged a complaint in customer care. I got acknowledgement that aircel will contact with in 2 days and solve problem.
Even I am having recorded talk with customer care which simply says "which app" again and again and further says 21 days only. Even today, Aircel App info says 30 days validity, which is totally misleading and cheating a customer. Like me thousands of customers would have suffered. Aircel tamilnadu generally give customer complaint acknowledgement and after some days says status closed, without any action or hearing a customer
It is requested to credit amount deducted from me within 24 hrs.
Poor response.

They detect daily 2 rupees from my account without any service activated on my no. When I complying about that to customercare every time they said our server is not working properly.They can't help me.Plz do something in this matter and make refund of my detected money.

Inspite of having unlimited internet pack active on my aircel number on auto renewal basis how come u guys deducted money in name of internet charges

U didnt refund me my 37 rs deducted on 25 feb at number [protected] and simply closed the case !! If I dont get my money back i will definitely file in consumer court and i mean it

My relative call C.care for deduction of balance.. one man receive Her(my relative) call and ask her name and problem.. then they told her that call me after 2 hour.. then after few minutes Aircel C.care man Called her with his personal no. And Called her With her name and told him Can u be my friend.. what nonsense ! This is ur Privacy policy ?? After this i called c.care with two other Aircel no. Then they gave me no response.. put me on hold 3 time . I[censored] doesn't solve it i surly go ahed…
.really very disappointed with ur Privacy service ..

I have been using auto renewal facility for very long time on my prepaid mobile but this time Aircel have been at fault & they are to be blamed for this.
I recieved SMS from Aircel on 03/05/16 at 09.22 that Local pack RC33 will be renewed soon & I will be charged Rs33. To unsubscribe dial *122*303#. without mentioning that you have changed this pack.
Then on 06/05/16, 00:49, I recieved another SMS from Aircel that " your 28 day STV 33 has been renewed successfully. Now make local calls at 1.2p/2sec. for 28 days. This time also there is no mention that you changed this pack condition.
But to my surprise all local calls are being charged at 1p/sec.Inspite of my lodging complaint1st at at Aircel Gallery at, kharghar & later SMS complaint at 155223 on 7th May at 12.39. Till date I have yet to hear from Aircel about my SMS complaint at 155223.

Hi,

this is asif([protected]), i got a msg from aircel that is
Std calls @25p/min for 60 days with 15 rs recharge,

after recharging with 15 rs they given only 7 days validity, even i am checking validity it is showing that there is no tariff on your mobile,

I tried to call customer care also but they are not responding .plz provide me solution for this issue, i did two times this recharge,
