Me Kabir restaurat se nasir ali hu. Mere pass airlink wifi he aur uska network nahi aa raha he. Last 3 month se complain kar raha hu but koi solve nahi ho raha he. Customer se kuchh answer nahi mil raha h.

We are facing internet problems, the issue always being the same that is either major fiber cut or major power cut whenever there is no power cut in the area.
even the customer support never replied satisfying answer and they cut the call from their end after saying some rote words i.e. major power cut or major fiber cut and will be resolve by the evening.
if the team knows about the issue then why not the team is planning for some permanent solution. The internet does not work more than 1-2 days in a week.
Even if we call before 9.30 am call being transferred to the surat office and if we call after 6.00 pm in that case also call transfer to the surat office.
Let’s we can understand that the office time is 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. however, if the problem occurs at 5.00 pm and if we call the customer care, in that case, the problem will only be solved by the next day evening because the issue can not be solved in 1 hour.
The support team can not extend their office time if the user faces any issue when they know that the users will suffer the whole night and the next day without internet.
we really not satisfied with the service and the support team.
Worst Services. Complaint filed from 5 July 2021 still nobody cares to solve.. Daily call them and hear their same non sense that it will get resolved in 2-3 days. They are group of cheap people don’t care about customer and sitting and just wasting everybody’s time. They should just sell their company and go away. They don’t even care for a single complaint or any customer.
They are not giving proper services for internet, not recommended bcs of when you take his plan they give full service for internet but when you pay amount of plan then they not attending calls for complaint also the sale person name mahesh phone no. [protected] not attending calls. Network problem starts from first day of connection, they call you in customer care your problem solve in next 2-3 days but no one come to resolve the problem, Calling then regularly from 3-4 days but they giving only wrong commitments .

We are having a problem with the wifi connection since yesterday and we are complaining about this since yesterday. The employee’s name is maybe Hiral Patel Airlink(got to know about his name via truecaller) his phone number is [protected]. You may crosscheck. At first, when we call him he just told us to wait 10 min and now it’s been 7 hours since he told us. We trying him but he didn’t pick up the phone now. SO we tried him from another number. So then he picked up as soon as I started complaining about the connection he disconnected the phone and not I have tried to call him 10 times but he isn’t t answering. I am complaining about this because this thing happens every week. I don’t know what they do but they cut the connection every Saturday in the evening and as the next day is Sunday They just tell us it’s Sunday today so they don’t work. This Thing is happening every week. At least they also didn’t discuss the problem like what has happened. Also, the employee(Hiral Patel Airlink) took money on 17th June only for the renewal of the wifi package. And now he is behaving so rudely with us. I want you to take strict action against him.
Also, I want a refund of the money that we have given to him as we are planning to shift to some other broadband.
And customer care keeos on saying we have register your complain and will resolve asap
But no solution

Our net is not working from last 15 days. I have done lots of complaints on whatsapp and on airlink customer care number but i am not satisfied by your response. My net is still not working. Please do as early as possible.
I’m using airline net but not satisfied as not working most of the time, it’s not working since last 12 days, complaint about regarding matter on 10th of June but no update from customer care, they don’t care about complaint they listen to your complaint & drop call without any satisfactory answer, I’m tired of registering complaint several times but no update from company
