As per the trai the complaint must be solved in 3 working days and i had lodged complaint on call last week and since then i am not able to use the internet, i have been told the issue will be solved in 3 working days and it still is unrecognized. Nobody is picking up the complaint call line and its always switch off.

I have paid for 1 year plan and i can not take advantage of what i have paid. I am having trouble doing my work its a mental torture.

I am complaining since last 15 days but no one is replying i have also complain in whatsapp but no one is giving proper answer.
500 employee pick up my phone and said the company is closed.
Now i have only one choice of complaining in legal way. Reply me as soon as possible otherwise i will complain against your company in court.
