Airlink.in — Bad service from airlink
My internet is not working from last 15 days.
I have lots of complaint to airlink customer care as well mail to nodal and support team.
But till now my issue is not resolved.

Too much best service. My all lectures and test not attempted because of your service.
It’s been so many days since the Wi-Fi has stopped working, they keep on saying that the technician will come but none is available here I keep on calling but the problem doesn’t resolves… I work online and my sister studies online I don’t know how to manage income as per day my income gets deducted and my sister is missing her school tuition. I want this problem to be resolved at the earliest or else I want my advance back

First i would like to tell u guys that how happy i was when i contact airlink for wifi. The happiness was immeasurable. I can finally use twitter without worrying about mobile game and yes not to mention 1080p youtube and playing video games with friends. It was so much fun and then suddenly my wifi internet is dead. 1 day…2 days… 1 fkn week and i contacted in CUSTOMER service for this problem and they told me to wait for an hour so i was okay i can wait a hour then i can play games with my virtual friends and escape from this irl reality and sadness. Another week and no response from them. I m starting to get worried. It got turned ON after 15 days and when i saw my twitter and in game friends list. They all unfollowed and unfriended me since i was off for so many days. That day was my darkest day. The pain through i get through is monumental. The pain doesnt end here. The other day when my father has an important meeting with cilents. The wifi stopped working and he got mad and beat me and my mom to ease out that anger. This company gives me nothing but pain, sadness, regret, depression, misery, grief and many horrible ###. So i urge everyone not to get involved with this company. THANK YOU FOR UR TIME
U r aur link service is very poor.
We are many time complane u r customer care centre. But not satisfaction reply u r customer care central. My wi-fi not connect last 35 days. Plz sir i request slove my problam.
The main filer link coming to my home was broken due to bad weather, even after complaining numurus time over phone call, email, whatsapp not solved. After visiting their office in person regarding this matter they are saying complaint will not be solved unless the owner of the connection comes and they are saying “go wherever you want to go for complaint even in consumer forum”
I was not able to access the internet so i have registered ab complain in the airlink through whatsapp and through message. I waited for 3 days but there no single reason from there side. so after that i call on there customer complaint number and talk to respective consecutive. so he registered my complaint again and said we will sending technician on the same day or else next day. But next there was no response from there side. Again i call to there customer number but again the same reply was given to me. so next also same situation happened no response from there side. Again i call to there customer care number and again the same answer was given by the executive. So i had complaint to the local technician of airlink for solving problem and he also gave me the same reply that he will send technician. There no proper respore from there for the problem.. Its almost 9-10 days but there no positive response from therr side. The worst internet service provider ever
I have complained on 28th Sept but till now no concern person visited .
I have lost my business due to no connectivity and customer care very rude and non responsible.i want my whole refund as your network is responsible
