I had ordered four sets of krutis …out of which one product which was supposed to be delivered on 26th jan was not delivered to my address but is marked as delivered in app on 25th there was not OTP sent before delivery …raised many complaints against this but customer care services is worst they say will get back with team and solve issue but confirm it to be delivered without actually doing any work on it …very very disappointed with this app
