Industrial feader – ganesh kumar agarwal line which needs to be changed as khandela electricity board does not proper staff for patrolling forget maintenance
We have requested the electricity authorities for new line tender but there has been no response.
The sub station gss-132 is at saladipura where the ocb are not in working conditions on top of it the electricity lines are old & there is not much staff in khandela electricity board.
There are no senior staff on any weekend of the week.

सर हमारे घरेलू विद्युत कनेक्शन k. No.[protected] के मीटर में खम्भे से जुड़ रही केबल में विगत एक माह से स्पार्किंग हो रही है व मीटर की रीडिंग भी रुक गई है।बार बार स्पार्किंग होने से बिजली भी झपक झपक कर आती है जिससे उपकरण जलने का खतरा भी बना हुआ है।लाइनमेन को बार बार सूचित करने के बाद भी इस ओर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है।कृपया समस्या का यथाशीघ्र समाधान करवाएं।

This is regarding JEN office, Madar power station. There is power cuts everyday, uninformed and prolonged. Call center help is always lying about the time taken and mostly do not take calls. JEN being a authority here is not helping either and gives vague answers. In this hot temperature the irresponsible behavior of the Madar sub station has increased problems many times for the residents. Kindly help

This is to seek your attention and action towards the electricity fluctuation which we are facing since a month because in our area i.e mali mohalla nawab ka bera diggi bazar, ajmer, where electricity is supplied through a single line due to which there is intense fluctuation and as a result a.c, coolers, and other appliances are not working properly. Since last 2 weeks we are facing continuous power cut during mid night and we have to call your service providers everyday and everytime they assure us that it will work but it does not. They even assured us to fix the line problem and to supply through different lines but its been a month that the problem is still the same.
It is our kind request to the department to either take any action on urgent basis or we will file consumer complaint in court.
Hope to have a positive response.
