Sir i am Mahabir Prasad Jangid S/o. Shri Rawat Ram Jangid, Vill. Padampura (via) Sultana-333028, Tehsil-Chirawa, Distt. Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) having home connection A/c. No.1715/188, Meter No.201967. The meter display is not showing any information, so kindly repair the display or change the meter at the earliest. I have also deposited twice a sum of Rs.350/- cash in the office of the AEN, AVVNL Ltd., Sultana (Chirawa-Jhunjhunu) as desired by them for replacement fee of the said meter, but not yet replaced the meter.
Further their officials are advising me unofficially to give cash payment of Rs.50/- every time while the meter reader come at your door for taking readings so that he can adjust the meter readings. Kindly look into on priority and arrange to get the replacement of above meter earliest and oblige. My Contact No.is [protected].

Dear sir, my electricity consumer no.[protected] villag. Piploda ka bass, current AEN office KAWAT
My problem is I deposit my VCR amount of month in may 2012 and VCR no. 17360/01 DT. 06/02/2012 amount Rs. 2000/- . i already paid my VCR amount . but I loss my deposit slip and bill. I deposit my amount in AEN office Khandela because my last AEN office is Khandela
My problem that this month of may 2015 my electricity bill is 2500/- enclose this VCR amount add 2000/- for add for AEN office KAWAT.
Aen office KAWAT not solve my problem because this told me you deposit amount AEN office Khandela
So plz solve my problem otherwise I will go to consumer court because your officer do not coprerat with us.

Sir,
I has go to AVVNL, Madar Ajmer, Room No 01 for Security Money Deposit of Mr. Sunil, UDC refuused for take the Money says for money and his use the abuse language.
I have request again again for money but his not taken. I go to Office two time at 9:30AM but Mr. Sunil not come to Office and again i go to Office at 1:00PM at same time Mr. Sunil is refused for taken the Money and says you come to Office tomorrow for Amount deposit.
Mr. Sunil says that not required deposit of Security Amount.
Mr. Sunil, UDC- Room No.01, Ajmer Vidut Vitran Nigam, Ajmer- Raj. opposite of AEN Room, But AEN sir is not proper response about this metter.
Please take the Necessay Action for this Matter and reply on Mail & Hard copy.

Sir,
from last one year we are going through some concern about our electricity.Board is sending us bill of 10000to20000 and says this bill is generated due to internal audit our consumption is not more then 2000 they are sucking us in problem and force us every time to pay 4000 (and sometimes less then this) on the name of settlement

There has been low/high voltage/ fluctuation problems in our area for the past 20 days.
On 02/06/2015, this caused damage to electronic equipments(washing machine, tubelights, set-top box, etc.) in our house.
I would like you to look into this matter and fix this problem.
Also, I want compensation for the damage to my equipments.

Jab DP lagayi gayi to unhone line sort hona bataya or DP se ghar ki duri 2-2.5km ki duri hone par raste me bijali ka chori hona bataya jiske karan aaj tak hamare ghar par light nahi aayi h or isaprakar hamare 4-5 hajar rupaye karch ho gaye h bijali ka bill bi bina use ke aa raha h jisko hamne Ajitgadh Office walo ke kahne par jama karwa diya h
Mera nivedan h ki hamare ghar ki bijali line ko sahi karave ya hamare 2 conectiono par ek nayi DP lagwane ki karpa karen

महोदय जी,
मेरा नाम श्रीकाँत शर्मा है मैं अपना बिजली का बील व प्रतिभूति राशि जमा कराने मेयो कालेज पावर हाउस गया था वहाँ पर बील तो ले लिया पर प्रतिभूति राशि जमा नहीं की । जब मैंने इसका कारण जानना चाहा तो उन्होंने मुझे बहुत ही अनुचित लहज़े में बाहर लगे 4 *4 पर लिखे नोटिस पढ़ने को कहा। इस पर मैंने उनसे कहा के सर मेरा ध्यान नहीं गया गया नोटिस पर इसलिए आपसे पूछा इस बात पर वो भडक गये ओर अपशब्दों का प्रयोग कर मुझे बीजलि कनेक्शन विछेद करने तथा देख लेने की धमकी दी।
अत: आपसे निवेदन है कि आप उक्त बाबू के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाही करें।

Last 5 months meter still not puted no one listening at rampura agucha line man and jen are not listening in last 5 months we complain 50 times
Jen say go to aen aen say go to contracter contracter say go resb office no one take responsblity.
What we people do i cant under sand where to go.
Please resolve our problem.

Sir, mujhe aaj tak kabhi bhi Electricity ka bill mere ghar par nahi delivered kiya gaya hai, mujhe har baar saradhna ja kar late fee ke saath deposit karna padta hai.
