I have to give the surrender letter to the hdfc bank who has financed the home loan.

Since last 4 months i am regularly visiting site on different interval but still things are not progressing. Raft work delivery june-17 but yet not complete.

In rera it is not showing, only villa date is mentioned.

I want to get the money back, tell me the process and penalty if any…

I have a flat from ajnara homes (I-804). They had to hand hover my flat in march 2016 but still work is in progress. Now they are taking additional rs70/feet by the name of pratikaar. They raised final demand letter which i had to pay by 14th of august, which i did. At the time of payment they assured me that they will deliver my flat on/before 60 days which has been completed on 14th of october. When i called them not getting the proper response, even they are not reverting my mail. I am giving rent and loan which has become burden for me.

I have booked a flat in Ajnara Ambrosia project H-1603.As per company representative Mr Umang Arora's email dated 01 SEP 17 to me, the MoU for payment of Pre-Emi by the company in subvention scheme with ICICI Bank was expiring in Dec 17.Therefore it was descided that the Pre-Emi will now be deducted from my account and your the company will deposit the same on/before the due date.This however, has not been honoured by Ajnara and ICICI deducted the amount from my account without the company depositing the same as promised.Fortunately i had funds in the account and the emi went through.Also repeated mails to Ajnara Ltd have led to delayed, ignorant and curt replies.I suggest you please inform it's senior management to resolve this issue and revert please.Reference Ajnara Ambrosia Flat No.H-1603.

Hi Everyone… This is the first time I tried availing a loan for a Finance Company (other than banks) – and it turned out to be a Fraud.
I've been receiving calls from a lady by the name Preeti (+[protected] wherein she would ask you to pay an initial amount (depending on the loan amount you are looking for).. It would range between Rs.1500 to Rs.11, 000… its mentioned in their website ( http://www.ajnarafinance.com ).

Once you pay the initial amount (for file login charges) – within a days time you would receive the Loan Sanction Letter. … Once you get the sanction letter – they would ask you to pay a hefty amount of 15% of the total loan amount.

Till the point you pay them the total amount – they would constantly follow up with you & give you an assurance that you would receive the Loan amount immediately.

I did pay for the an initial amount for the File login charges but the moment I received the Loan Sanction Letter – I realized there was something fishy.

The terms & conditions were absolutely absurd. Also, they would ask you to transfer the amount in a personal savings bank account ( Amit Kumar – Bank of Maharashtra ).

As I was looking at availing this loan for my business purposes – I persuaded them the give me their Company Account details.
Initially they were not agreeing but understanding that I would not transfer the amount in their personal account – they shared me their Company Account details (which is also in Bank of Maharashtra (Janakpuri Branch).

While sharing the Loan Agreement Copy with my CA – I was shocked to know that these guys are using the CIN Number of another company (AMULAYA FINANCE LIMITED) which was mentioned in my Loan Sanction Letter.

So … be careful guys !!

Save your own hard earned money as these thugs can go to any extend to prove that they are genuine & is looking at proving you a Loan.
