I have invested in alchemist group 1 year back in Alchemist MIS scheme. last 1 year i got my monthly cheques via my agent. But now he is not in touch with me. Please tell me from where i'll get the cheques. i am from Kolkata(West bengal)

I am having Monthly Income Scheme of Alchemist Infra Realty Limited, was submitted at Shilpara, Thakurpur Kolkata office on 25th March 2015 for payment of principal amount.
However even after five months I have not received my principal amount.
Every time I visit their office they come up with different stories.
Sometimes they say the thought of paying in cash from the local office, but that did not happened due to some problem and it was send to their head office.
Sometimes they say cheque from head office came but I have not contacted them in Shilpara office so the cheque was returned back to head office.
However every month I visit their office for the status and I have provided my mobile number and address of residence.
Then they come up with different story. As the agent who did the MIS for me is not there so they cannot follow up with Kolkata head office and pursue for release of my cheque or cash.
I have already informed that the Agent Mr. Manas Bhattaraya who did my MIS died a year back. Is there is any possibility of getting my money back. Can anyone help me to know whom to write to solve the problem?
Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd is raising fund for developement of Land in Chattisgarh in the form of Debentures and providing deposit certificate depost / developement of Property.
As per the application form Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd is a group company But in company website there is no information about Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd as a group company.
My Question is why India Government/ Company Law Board/ SEBI & other govt. institution is allowing this type of company to raise fund from public.

i am swapna biswas invest rs 110000/- in the alchemist infra reality ltd.My fixed deposit was mature on 22nd october 2014.A cheque of 110000/- is cancel one time also.I give my bank account details and investment detail in the branch office haldia.They took my original check and told me the payment will made by ecs in my bank account but still now i dont get any payment .
Therefor i request you to please refund my money as soon as possible and please take the necessary action to get back the money.

My self Arunasis Bhattacharyya on 30th September I invested Rs/ 25000 in Alchemist Infra Reality Limited and its fund will be Rs/50000 on 15.08.15 according to certificate. Certificate no is-RCC0022186. My permanent address is Badrapara, Nabadwip, Nadia, West Bengal, PIN-741302. Mob-[protected]. But recently company name is changed. So I was approached to company through agent to enroll my name in new company. Now they are saying to agent you have to bring new customer for us then we will do it for the old customer. I am worried after the maturity of this certificate if they deny then what should I do?
I had got a cheque of Rs 80000/- as maturity value from Alchemist Infra Reality Ltd.. Cheque No.004156 dt.15.09.2015 of PNB Chandigarh. But the cheque was bounced. That cheque was received back by the agent S. Majumder and was sent for neft.Certificate No. RX00022013/000037. Till now the payment has not been done. Pl.do needful at your earliest.
I, amar kumar sanyal purchased a bond(allotment no air/rxx0087006) of rs40000/- of said company on 22/05/2012 which had been matured on 22/05/2015. As per guideline of said company i had submitted my original document on 03/03/2015. Till date i have not received any money and official says it will take atleast another 2 years to get my money. Pls lodge a complain against said company and help me out to get my maturity amount.
