It’s been 2 months since they have debited money from my account twice. They have assured me of refunding after 1 month, but it didn’t happen. Now it is 2 months but, no one is replying to any mail and they have switched off all the phones, which were provided for complaint. This is totally unacceptable from your side. When I was registering for INICET exams at the AIIMS online forum, my first transaction wasn’t recognised by the website and I had to pay the fees once again, and the second transaction was successful.
It would be really helpful if my first transaction is refunded back.
I had received a reply mail saying that the refunds will be made within 45 days from the last date of Final Registration. (i.e. 26.10.2020)
and it has been 45 days. I haven’t gotten any refund yet and my other colleagues that I know who had paid twice also didn’t get any refund.

On 12 Oct 2020 amount 2000 rupees was deducted from my icici bank account while paying examination fees for INI-CET Nov 2020. Though amount was deducted from my account through Billdesk payment gateway, AIIMS site shows it as a failed transaction and didn’t refund the amount yet. Kindly do the needful for the refund at the earliest.

My mother has been facing pain in her teeth from Wednesday (27/01/2021) i visited AIIMS dental opd at 1:20. However they said the time is over you can come tomorrow for check up. We visited the opd then on Thursday & doctor after checking my mom teeth she suggested some medicine for her pain which she was suffering from Wednesday. The doctor mention we should go to the 5th floor for some other check up where she was just examine once that also just seen what the doctor on the ground floor has written on the her Opd card. After that they gave her injection for the pain relif & suggested her to go the 3 floor of dental Opd. When we visited the 3 floor they asked us to visit tomorrow & they mention only 15 card are only submitted here you have to come early. So we visited the dental hospital of AIIMS next day at 7:00am the guard mention that the hospital will open at 8:00 however you can’t been seen by the doctor now as you are late. The doctor only check 15 card on daily bases now they are 30-45 people is infornt of you but they will also not get there number as only 15 people are just seen by the doctor.So, i visited the opd on monday at 6:30am now also i am late 15 people are already done for the day now i have to visit some other day for the appointment which we have from Thursday. So, I don’t understand AIIMS being the best & the biggest hospital of Delhi still the dental department only check 15 people the day it ain’t matter how much pain the patience is suffering from it just you been shifting from one place to another just trying to make things more worse for the patience. So could anyone please look into it & help these things get resolved ASAP or is there some things which can help us & the people visiting the place. So please inlight us what is it. Management is too poor.. Admin department is too lazy towards their work, it seems that they are not treating patients but animals.. Worst behaviour by management team and guard.. No one given proper instruction what is happening and how the procedure of treatment is done.. No system followed by admin deparment, guard and management team… Its better to go safdurjung hospital instead of going to aiims… Atleast there are someonein safdurjunghospital who listen to u… And i[censored] going to file a complaint against aiims management faculty, easily they say go and complaint to, minister, mps, mlas, etc nothing will going to happen.. Here is our monopoly, no one have authority to punish us… Worst facility of health is provided by govt of india.. There is a need of educated, honest faculty members to work.. Recommend to go another hospital instead of going to aiims..

Hi sir my name is nisha i m 23year old. I m suffering from pappillery carcinoma thyroid cancer. I hv had surgery at aiims on 26.06.16. Afyer surgery dr. Told me to register thyroid clinic when i went to the thyroid clinic they again did my fnc and ultrasound and told me that my reports are positive means some nodes are still inside for that i hv to go through the surgery again. Then dr. C. S. Bal who is senior dr in that thyroid aiims suggest me to go private hospital and take treatment from their. I m middle class girl if i hv enough money to go private hospital then why should i go to aiims. But i think dr. Never understand this. So i again went to the surgen but i dont understand the surgen again send me thyroid clinic and this time dr. C. S bal speakout very rudely that why r u coming again again i told you to go private hospital he dont even see my reports i feel lyk cry that time i cried also i dint expect this type of behavior from aiims hospital doctor. He dont even give me a single minute and said go go from here he is so rude. I dont know hw come this type of people in medical field that too doctor. He thought he is priviliging people who are coming here but he should understand that we are tax payer to this country.
One more name i want to add mrs kiran she is nurse misbehave with me and hit me also.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I Altamash A. Dhalait, Mumbai registered application for MBBS entrance 2017 examination. Step 1 was successful completed. Then i proceeded to step 2 the payment step i did undergo all the steps thoroughly without making any mistake after submitting the otp no. The registered mobile no. received message from the bank regarding successful payment of INR 1015.00 but the candidate login form didn't proceeded for the next step. It was still showing the online payment option and when i clicked on the option it displayed a message that online payment is already done for this reference no. Abort this transaction and return to the site… I logged in and logged out 3 to 4 times but the same message appeared.
Please sir/ma'am help me with this problem. AIIMS is the best institute for medical and every medical appearing student dream of it… Too many students have already complained regarding the same issue please sir/ma'am kindly help at your earliest. ID NO.[protected]
