Sir,
I want to inform you that sever line is due for a long time at Beni Ganj Road in front of Allahabad Degree College, Allahabad . Beni ganj is a very old Mohalla and population of Beniganj is about 10000.
But sorry to inform you that though renovation of Beni Ganj Road was done during 2012-13 but neither sever line has been made nor Repairing of Nali and Installing of Interlocking Tiles work on Foot Path at Beni Ganj Road in front of Allahabad Degree College, Allahabad have been started till now.
You are, therefore, requested to please look into the matter and accord Sanction order for making provision of Sever line, Repairing of Nali and Installing of Interlocking Tiles work on Foot Path at Beni Ganj Road in front of Allahabad Degree College, Allahabad for about 01-02 KM .

In-spite of my repeated complaints to nagar swasthya adhikari,allahabad and jal sansthan, complaint no 2188, the problem of sewage water logging and clogged drain in front of my house 2a,liddle road,george town,allahabad has not been attended.This problem has been plaguing my area since last two months and nagar nigam and its affiliated bodies have turned a deaf year.
l request you again to resolve my complaint at the earliest as the water logging is leading to health problems due to mosquito breeding and offensive stench in my residential area.

We the resident of ABUBAKARPUR ( KABIR NAGAR ASHRAM ROAD ) DHOOMANGANJ are facing great trouble from the last 2 year due to overflowing sweage, waterlogging, and bad condition of road inspite of this sewer line work was also stopped due to which water has been logged no drainage system was there on kabir ashram road we the people who are living there are facing great trouble to cross that raod . It is requested you to get this problem solved and to get water sewage problem solved and to get street repair .

I have a small request to you as follows.
I have a house in Salori & house Address is 114A/1, Chanderpur, Salori, TeliyarGanj, Allahabad.
My father was dead in April – 2012. I am two brother hence this house belongsto both o[censored]s.
But my brother has got this house transferred to his name very recently without my information .Now only his name is appearing in Khasar & Khautauni. I am sure that some of the ‘Nagar Nigam officers’ are co operating with him.
I want to request you to kindly look into the matter & get the name corrected.Also to take action against OFFICIERS involved in such type of illegal activities.

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Malviya Road, George Town (Opposite RAMA hospital), Allahabad. Our residential colony has 12-15 houses of respectable families including doctor, senior citizens, engineers etc. Since last two years, a milkman has purchased one of the houses in the colony but sadly, does not use it merely for residing purpose. He is maintaing a cowshed within his house (opposite to ours) and keeps 10-12 cows on the ground floor. The entire colony smlells of cow-dung 24 hrs. round the clock and our living condition has become very unhygenic. Very soon, people in our colony especially senior citizens and children will fall sick as the milkman has no provision of disposal of solid and urinal waste of animals kept by him.
In this regard, it is requested that the following issues may kindly be taken up at your end:-
(1) Has license to keep animals been given to the said milkman for maintaing cowshed for dairy purposes for more than 5 cows within residential premise?
(2) The house has no toilets for inmates (humans) and no drainage sytem either. In such a case, they urinate and around the colony. I am sure this is not permissible, is it?
(3) There is also no provision in the house for throwing away animal waste (dung and urine) for 15 cows. Is this in the knowledge of Municipal Corporation? If yes, it is requested that you may take an early action in this regard.
It is a humble request that you may visit the premise at the address given below and help all o[censored]s in the colony by rendering the premise as clean as it was before.

Govindpur-Bhulai Ka Pura-Katku Colony sampark marg is badly damged. This is cut from both the sides and has become very much narrow as about 8-9 feet. People are getting injured every day. It requires immediate action to avoid frequent accidents. It is therefore requested to get the street repaired/reconstructed urgently.

I have transfered Rs 2636.83 & Rs 2955.20 to Nagar Nigam in account of house tax on 21/2/2011 but they are refusing for getting the money.I had written to my bank ICICI and they send me reply after thorough investigating that money has been transfer to Nagarnigam Bank HDFC.I forwarded this message to Nagarnigam but they are not replying.
I am fade up with the working of Nagar Nigam.I know only that my money should be transfer by Nagar nigam.
If my bank is wrong then they should discuss this matter with my Bank and solve my problem,

Nagar Ayukt, Sir I and my brothers live in a house no 408/467, Bakhshi Bazar, Allahabad-211003 supply connection under Moied market. One of my brother passed away in 2007. We have filed an application to stop the water connection under his name but no action has been taken since then and unauthorized people (some shopkeepers under our house are using it regularly). Bill is always forwarded to us and we are forced by the Jal Nigam authority. Due to this supply the water has started collecting on the road and many mishap/accidents have taken place. We lodged a complain earlier too, one official (Mohammad Ali) visited the place and did nothing to discard this supply. We as a good citizen ask you to quickly take some appropriate action to stop this supply and to save govt expenses.

I RAJ KUMAR SRIVASTAVA RESIDING AT HOUSE NO. -27 E /6K/2, CHAKNIRTUAL, NEAR RAILWAY CROSSING ( NEAR HIGH COURT ADVOCATE CHAMPA SINGH LANE) ALLAHABAD.
I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THERE IS NO DRINKING WATER SUPPLY IN OUR AREA FOR NEARLY ONE MONTH. WE HAD INFORMED THIS PROBLEM TO CONTROL ROOM OF JAL SANSTHAN, KHUSHRUBAGH ALLAHABAD FOR 4 TO 5 TIMES. WE HAD ALSO INFORMED THE AREA ENGINEER TELEPHONICALLY.
ACCORDING TO AREA ENGINNER THE WATER LEVEL HAS GONE DOWN AND THE PUMP IS ALSO BREAKDOWN.
THERE ARE 15 FAMILIES GETTING AFFECTED DUE TO THIS PROBLEM.NOW THE PROBLEM IS UNBEARABLE DUE TO HOT SEASON.
SO WE REQUEST YOU ON BEHALF OF ALL PERSONS OF THE LOCALITY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOUGHT OUT THE PROBLEM.
