Dear Sir,
As cited above and intimated already, the contractual period of P.G. allocated by Allen, Guwahati to Ametel at Lajong P.G., Near Manipuri Basti, Guwahati has got expired and the room also has been vacated in good condition on 30/04/2021, after duly signed out by the occupants. In the meantime, Allen, Guwahati has informed that Offline classes, shall now be postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic and lock down imposed by State Govt., as such online classes as conducted by Allen is attained by our ward from Home as the course package was not fully covered up.
Taking reference of the above and as already intimated Allen, Guwahati for refund of security deposit for a total amount of Rs. 22, 000.00 (Rs. 21, 000.00 (fees) + Rs. 1000 (room shift). However, Allen Guwahati has not taken any action to refund the security money of Rs. 22, 000.00, even after several verbal request from our end. Now it seems that- Allen, Guwahati has intentionally collected the security amount for 2 months.
Please note that-this is our second reminder to Allen, Guwahati for refund of security money for and amount of Rs. 22, 000.00, for which the cancelled cheque for a/c details in this regard has been submitted earlier.

I have paid my fees through RTGS but the institute has still not updated it. The buffer time told to me was 24-48 hrs but it has been 5 days. The classes have already started.
After repeatedly contacting the customer care they still did not update it and were giving excuses.

The fee of 85000 has already been deducted from my account.

Sir, i am student of allen career Institute. I am studying at nowgam centre srinager (leader batch) .From last two months We are facing lot of problems. As they provide us classes on zoom app. The classes are live and one cannot watch them after that. Many times in kashmir the internet is shut so we can’t see vedios regularly. So it my request to take our classes on official app of allen where the vedios can see recorded vedios any time.
My another complain is that we have not recieved full module. Our Race, NCR, Hand notes is pending. So it affects our studies.
Sir please clear our issue

I have purchased NEET UG Test series 2021 through SBI NET Banking Rs. 1750.00. through SBI NET Banking on 05.06.2021. Payment has been completed successfully but confirmation email has not generated my registered mail id. I complained to the bank and they replied to me as below.

I also received a mobile massage that time showed me Ref. code i.e IGALGHPFF4 on my registered mobile no on 05.06.2021.

I take admission in online allen institution and i guve a total of 95000 lumpsum fee to them
Next day is the starting of batch and i don’t known there is network problem in my place so i contact allen to withdraw from allen online classes and apply for refund
But after a week i got only 75000 and 20000 is deducted
This is illegal because if i don’t attendend any class ao why is this deduction
I want yo raise a complaint against allen for stealing money from refund

Please note recently i came to know about ALLEN Career, and with intention to avail the course of NEET. I approached them and they informed that i have to pay Rs.72000/- as first installment against total of Rs. 95000/- and remaining amount of second installment has to be paid after 2 months (before 30 Jan 2021) One of the counsellor who knowing everything hided the information and insisted me to join the online classes, as per that i attended online classes, hardly 3 classes i have attended but i could not understood the Physics subject. The faculty of this subject is in hurry to complete the syllabus and even without teaching basic of physics he is finishing it soon. Due to this i could not understood his classes.

Therefore, i decided to discontinue with ALLEN and requested them to refund the whole amount of Rs. 72000/- now, they started telling stories, as there will be deduction of Rs. 25000/- and remaining will be paid. They are telling as there is refund policy to follow. Its all big scam they are cheating students in the name of education.

I have come across with many complaints here in this platform, who have suffered like me and they don’t know what to do ! Therefore, i want to inform we all can jointly fight against this ALLEN career institute which is least concern about the career of students! its playing with career of students. Physics teachers are utterly arrogant, and do not help with any doubts at all. What is the point of joining such “premium” institute, when i have too spend money on other teachers from different institutes?. Apart from allen material, [already avialable solutions on app], the physics teacher doesnt even care to provide hint for doubts from other books, pdfs, test papers. Utter nonsense! This is my childs drop year, and i am extremely disgusted by such fraudulence in name of education.
