Every day internet issue, very bad service of alliance fibre optics, I have irrited to complain customer care, I dont prefer any one to use this alliance, ,
Everyday internet net issue for 3 month every hour internet disconnected for a while or sometime for an hour, many time complain regarding this but not improvement of service, alliance reputation has been worst
I have regular internet down problem from Alliance. Even after continuous complain & calls at the corporate office[protected], there is NO RESPONSE over the call or No one turns up to check the issue with the connection as promised. Client ID : [protected]. Address : 37 Topsia Road, Block-A, Sansar Apartment building, 1st Floor(MD ANWAR). My work is at stake due to this poor service. Also note that people at the corporate office hang up the call without listening to the full query of the customer. Please look into the matter.
My alliance internet cannot connect to facebook servers, it always give me packet loss when i open facebook or stream on facebook, but it works fine with other websites, its only facebook!!
Internet connectivity is very much unstable . I took the connection recently and Inam not able to do any tasks. I am unable to connect to VDI for any work.
Please resolve. It’s a total waste of money.

Iam a very old customer of alliance broadband. Their internet connection remains out of service for more than half a month. We are paying for a whole month, still get service for hardly 15 days. That too the speed is way less than promised speed. The local technicians don’t receive calls, the customer care support don’t receive calls. No one helps. Even now my internet is down since 3 days and no one gives a damn. Really the worst internet service anyone can have. Just my money is getting wasted
I live in burdwan.i have a alliance internet connection here.But, for 6-8 hours net connection is not coming my area.my router is absolutely fine.why is this I don’t know.please fix it as soon as possible.It is very much needed for my work.this problem happened before also but only for 10-15 mins.but today on 29th April it’s not working, nei connection is not working properly.the problem was from yesterday till today at 3:30 am.still net connection is not working properly.please fix it.
This is after real struggle of quite a number of years or specific to last few days, my internet connectivity appears to be down intermittently.
At this moment, when I am writing this mail as well internet connectivity is not there. I am doing it through mobile internet.
I have opened a ticket in service desk around 45 minutes back, no body called so far.
Also I have tried couple of time dial toll free number, it’s not responding.
My local service provider already alerted me that for any issue, I need to contact alliance, not him.
Please let me in this situation where I am badly affected due to this connectivity, how should I co-operate with alliance to get better service.
My working time covered entire day almost, so any connectivity lost going to impact my deliverables.
When other service provider giving zero downtime here I am suffering to get basic connectivity.
Please let me know how do I serve you better to get a proper service.

Myself Soumya Basak, a valuable customer of your alliance broadband internet networking with consumer no [protected]. I would like to inform you that my internet connection has been disconnected on 08.04.2021 so I have informed to local service provider “The Sky Link Communication” about this matter but unfortunately they have suggested to install optic fiber for own costing Rs 2000/- instead of old one do at this point of view as a customer why I will invest Rs 2000 more for getting reconnect of my network even pay monthly renewal charges.
Kindly look into this matter neither I will go to another services provider

For the past 2 to 3 days I’m facing this problem. My network is connected to the broadband but there is no internet connection available. It’s been 2 hours, I’d restarted the device, tried every possible thing but nothing worked. I’m working from home and it’s a major issue for me. Plz try to resolve your connection problems asap
