We booked a flat from Alliance Projects @ ORCHID SPRINGS, Water Canal Road, Korattur, Chennai – 600080, TamilNadu, India. MAPLE Block, Flat 412.
During the agreement and even in the adverts, we were promised a modular kitchen, wardrobes and air conditioners along with that as part of an offer at that time.
The modular kitchen was not provided at the time of possession. They provided a chimney and hob and they said this is what a modular kitchen is.
Also, the apartment was promised to be a gated community. But they have only provided a physical security at the entrance and the blocks are not closed / controlled with keys / intercom.
When we took possession of the flat, we signed the MOU with a clause that these 2 issues will be escalated to the management and they will respond to our query. Till date (almost 1 month), nothing has been done about this and the employees of Alliance Projects simply ignore my email.
I would like to claim compensation for the false promises. Alternatively, I am willing to accept the issues being resolved.

We booked a flat in Alliance Belvedere. The amounts at time of signing the contract were totally different from what was showcased by the sales persons.
With much difficulty, unable to cancel the project as we would lose the booking amount, we transferred it to the Alliance Belvedere project. The troubles continued.
The plot size and location changes after 6 months and that too 2 times and we are not communicated.
The CRM team has such a bad attitude. There is absolutely no response to mails or calls.
We are even now not given a choice to cancel the project because we signed an agreement. How can only part of the agreement for not refunding booking amount hold good when the plot size and location change two times?????
My advice to alll readers who are planning to book any projects of Alliance Infrastructure www.alliancein.com, please do not fall in to the trap.

I am Naveen Kumar booked flat in Alliance Pallavaram, new project.
Initial Payment of 2L done on 12th May ’15 for new flat going to start near pallavarm. Payment Refund requested on the month of 8th Aug ’15. As per commitment made between the Alliance and me in 120 days amount will be refunded back.
Till now there is no response from those people, sending mail on mail, In peer discussion on chennai office with those people they said “we will return back the money within one month because request is in under progress”.
Very poor customer service, don’t rely on those people. Same alliance people got the payment from me in 1 day when i informed and collected the amount from my home, now can’t able to give a single reply among 25 mails sent across. Atrocious activity, no communication, this gives clear definition of their support in future after buying the flat.
My drop request now crossed more than 150 days.

Today i happened to visit orchid springs site of alliance, i was thrilled with the location as it just took five minutes from
Annanagar thirumangalam junction.
– their design reminded me of singapore, elegant with more open space
– lake view was amazing and i was surprised such a big and clean lake within corporation limits of chennai.
– 50, 000 sft clubhouse international standard, seems to be the biggest in chennai.
– it was so nice to see resident enjoying outdoor sport facility like tennis court, cricket net practise pitch,
– awesome wind flow which created w excellent airflow among the residences
– earlier i knew that this project was delayed but today when i visited the project i understood that “late comes with latest”

Dear all,

I had booked a villa in humming gardens early this year and was assured that the construction will begin in april 2016 and the hand over will be done in june 2017. However since april there was not much progress and every time i call up and visit i have been given various reasons from different staffs, which clearly indicated that there was no transparency.

I had requested to cancel my booking but then i was convinced to hold on and in the end.. Last month i got to know that they just got the dtcp approval and as a result the floor plans have modified making me to pay 13 to 15 lakh addition to what was proposed.

I made a request to cancel the booking and was told that it will take upt to 120 days to process the cancellation of the booking. They don’t pay interest for this processing period…

Please think well before you make a choice.

I had booked the flat in 2012 in opal block and yet to get my handover. It was promised in 2014 and getting dragged till now. The so called “relationship manager” – ruby appears to be the fresher and is least bothered about these concerns.

The monetary and mental stress that’s causing in these delays are joke to these builders. The so called “relationship manager” giggles everytime i ask on the status each saturday and gives sarcastic statement of pending with government officials for completion certificate since last april. Even over 100 mails enquiring on balance amount i am yet to receive the status.

Is this the way to respond when the client is desperate on hand over????

Is there any complaints handling division???

I have 2 complaints to state finally

1. Delayed handover
2. Lethargic response of the so called “relationship manager”

We have booked the house this year in march, they quoted 79 lakh for 3bhk independent villa, after 6 months they are informing us that government have not approved them for 320 villas but 280, so have to increase the land and we need to pay 14 lakh more. We decided to cancel the house and they said they will return the money max by november end.

Still we have not got our money back. They are cheating the customers by telling wrong information and not replying to emails on time as well.

Someone really need to look into their credibility. I find them cheaters.

I paid advance rs.3 lakhs to alliance for booking villa in their humming garden, kelambakkam. Requested for east facing villa. Till 6 months there was no response and then they informed that the approval is for villa with more land space and have to pay another 20 lakhs more. We cancelled the booking, since there is change in the specification from alliance. They have returned 2.5 lakhs, but holding rs.50, 000 towards cancellation charges. For no fault o[censored]s, alliance is penalising us. Pl. Inform way forward.

My name is hariharan m. I had previously booked an apartment in kelambakkam and had paid 50, 000 in advance in the month of june 2018 due to personal reasons i had to cancel the booking. Till now no refund procedure has been processed. Crm doesnot reply to my mail anymore. Worst client service ever. They never responds to emails or phone and if at all if some one picks up the call. They say that they will see if they can process refund

I came to this contruction in 2014 and was told by the sales person alliance builders that the delivery will happen in dec 2014. But till date the construction is going on. And the construction quality is also below par.
Fake promises, now with rera and the aug 2021 completion date that is 7 years more than the original promised date. Please go visit and decide. But my suggestion to all is better not to waste your time and hard earned money on this alliance galleria project.
