I am Worked in Alstech Informatics, Madurai for 3 Months.I would Like to express my views from beginning which means from Intrview Process

1)When you enter for an interview, they will provide application form to you and then you need to fill it.

2)After filling details in form you need to attach your resume along with the form and given to them

3)They will provide one Program to you and you have to write it

4)After writing your program you have to face the Technical+HR round with Ajmal Khan who is the world’s best Fraud

5)When you sit in front of him, he has the laptop infront of him and search interview questions in google and then he ask the question

6)Finally he said that “You need to work here for one month without salary and then after assesing your skills i will provide salary to you and then you are going to work here for only 2-3 months in Madurai along with 12 members(But you may be first in 12members) after that i will send you to Cochin where we have a large company consisting of 600-700 employees.

7)Then He provide his visiting card to you and said “after conform your decision to join here call to my number”

8)Ajmal Khan who is working in chennai IT Company.He only come to madurai on weekends so only this office has monday as holiday

9)He did not provide any salary to you even he did not provide any offer letter or joining letter to you

10)IMPORTANT ONE FOR FRESHERS IF YOU ARE OUT STATION(other than MADURAI) PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR TRAVELLING TO MADURAI YOU SHOULD NOT SELECTED.HE SELECTS ONLY MADURAI CANDIDATES TO CHEAT

11)AJMAL EVEN CHEAT SOME EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES ALSO

12)After you Joining in fraud company he will call everybody seperately to his room and said that you did not discuss about salary with any one because your co workers may jealous about your salary

12)I WANT TO SAY ONE WORST THING WHICH WAS HAPPENED TO MY CO_WORKER.SHE GOT A JOB IN ORACLE AT 22, 000 salary But She did not go there because she very near to MADURAI OFFICE so selects this office instead of ORACLE finally Ajmal Khan deceive her.She lost excellent oppurtunity because of this Fraud AJmal, So please Be aware of this Company

13)IF YOU ARE NOT BELEIVED MY COMMENTS Then CHECK WEBSITES www.alstechinfo.com which has Company name as “Alstech Informatics” and then check at www.alstemtech.com which has company name as “Alstem Technologies” but both companies have a same addressand phone number.Please think that a single man can run 2 companies at a time but a single company have 2 different names or 2 different companies run in same address so think twice before attend the interview which is your life
