Battery not giving full backup I have raised complain to customer care after few days service engineer visit they pick up the battery for check after 2-3 days they return the same battery refuse to replace they told me battery only replaced if battery is totally dead what kind of replacement warrenty is this I will never buy this company battery again in future
I got serious problems as below due to Very Inferior quality of Battery since July 2020.
1. Battery was discharging very fast so I recharged many time 7 times. each time it took Rs 300 so spent Rs 2100.
2. I met with accident as battery was discharged on Road suddenly and Car stopped so if you see in Photos, one vehicle hit my car from back side and also left side car is damaged. i checked with Car service center they informed me a cost of Rs 20, 000 for repairing.
i want a compensation of Rs 35, 000 due to above expenses and inconvenience to us.
I had purchased ur Amraon 7amp. Battery in may 2020. After 8 days of purchasing battery stopped working .i had complain about battery to the local dealer after lock down but he didn’t response me. Then I had called customer care, service engineer so many people’s of companies. But there is no proper response from anyone .i had sent two or three mails to companies mail I’d but same problem they doesn’ response .now I am going to file a complain against company in consumer forum. I purchaged bettry having 6 month gone, last time i running my car its 10 days, when now i want to start my car its showing 0 charge…
its vary bad … its not first time, this is 4 time when the battery is 0 charge..
every month i do my car running and every 5 days i do my car start. but still its showing 0 charge, not a single light blowing in my car..

I have purchased new amaron battery on 31.10.2020 which is faulty. Today when I went to replace the battery the vendor informed me it takes around 10-15 days to replace the battery. I want to know whar quality of battery your company is providing? Is after sale service satisfactory? Whether ur customer will recommend ur brand on this kind of service and product. I request you to kindly provide me solution to above problem ASAP.
I have purchased the battery on 3.3.19 and the battery number is AAM-GO-00095D26R and there is one more number on the warranty card CAE0602T214723. After purchasing the battery for my Thar CRDi, I have already sent the battery to service center at RajaPark twice or thrice you can check with them as they have it the complain register. The problem is the battery does not get charged as it should. I have checked the alternate and dynamo also. I have installed a standby battery for checking the same and the spare battery is ok. The service center person says that the battery is ok and the person I have purchased the battery with, says I can’t help talk to Amaron people. Actually I need you to change the battery as soon as possible.

My Battery Model is 7LB use in CBZ Xtreme purchase on 24/07/2019 Battery is under warranty but Dealer say Battery is physically damage so we cant give warranty …i call to customer care and registerd a complain my complaint number is SR NO IS [protected] and found a contact number Mr Zameel mobile num [protected]…when i call to Mr Zameel …but not a proper response and say mr Zameel we cant give you Battery come to sikar for battery change i will not change the battery i wish …please help
I purchased a Amaron Pro Rider battery on 20/7/19 but on 19/12/20 it became dead. I went to the battery dealer for replacement.
He has taken the battery for replacement but neither receiving my calls not providing a replacement even after 6 days.
dealer Details:
Dealer shop name – Sri bangalore top power center, jayanagara 9th block, bangalore 560069
I spoke to other dealer in Bangalore south and he told me that the battery sold to me was too old [2017 model sold in 2019] and so I cant replace it with any other dealer then the one who sold it to me.
Fraud:
1. Sri Bangalore dealer sold me a old battery which is illegal
2. Neither receiving the calls not replacing the battery.

I purchased Amaron pro Rider battery from our local dealer on 5/06/2019 in Badlapur ( Dist :- Thane, Maharashtra).( photo copy attached)
But battery stopped working from November 2020. I submitted battery to my local dealer. He send my battery for replacement. But it almost 1 month but neither my battery not get replaced nor any feedback from your customers care end.
We know Amaron is trusted brand. But due to my case, I felt very nervous about Amaron brand.
So kindly let me know when I will get my replaced battery back? Kindly give my replacement battery urgently or give my money back if you are not able to process it urgently.
