This is Umang Rastogi,
Please provide a resolution urgently for my USB cable,
I had given my data cable under warranty in Shubham Telecom Noida sector 15
(complaint id: RVSRN190UUNP00039) and
Ambrane Ticket id: CS190722UP000102),
For jack issue which was too loose and in other condition cable was good.
Today, I got my cable from service center but issue still persist and now cable is not working properly and jack of cable is damage or bend.

Please provide me a right product or return my product through Ambrane.

I ordered a 10000mAH ambrane power bank from Amazon before 28 days only. But with in 28days, it's service is very poor .it is taking very very long period of time to get charged and when I am charging my phone using this power bank with in 2 hr my phone is getting discharged. I even tried using different mobile and cable also, but problem is still there.
I called customer care they told as there is no customer care Center near your location so drop a mail, they will solve your issue asap .

Please replace it asap.

I have the bill and every thing with me. I have purchased the power bank from flipkart with order id od[protected] which is not working any more. Not charging at all. When i am putting it on charging light is not blinking. S/n number on power bank is p[protected]. Please let me know if any other details required to process this complaint.

Hi,
I have purchased 10000mah ambrane power bank from flipkart on last week of july, 2018,
After few months its usb stopped working but now its just 1 week extra from 1 year and the power bank itself has stopped working. Physically it is all good but it has occured some manufacturing defect.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Last month i brought a powerbank of 20000 mah.. Model number pp-20. It was ok. But today i fully charged. Now thats not working i can't charge any devices. When i am switching on the power bank to charge, it just a blinking and going, not charging.
It have 180 day's warranty. Now it's only 20 days i hve used. What should i do?

I have bought above mentioned product of yours from amazon.in, the same has been delivered to me on 24/05/2019. But after use of 1 month i found that it takes much longer time to charge itself around 10 hours and then after also my phone is gets only 1 time charged from it which contains 3300 mah bettery.

Kindly replace my product as you have given me a defective product

My ambrane powerbank is not working. It is even not able to charge my 2300mah samsung galaxy j5… It is within the warranty period. I am attaching the invoice. I bought the same in july, 2018 through online shopping on flipkart. I want the replacement of my product. I charge the powerbank with my samsung charger only whose output is 5v, 1.0 a. I want remittances as an aggrieved consumer.

I have bought ambrane pp-20 power bank.
I used universal cable to charge it and it is performing well.
From the nearly 20 th day onwards it started to give problems and 2 days before it totally went wrong as it is not charging via universal socket.
It is given that this has 6 month warranty.
It's been not more than 40 days.
I am eligible to avail warranty so i hope i can get suitable response and my problem will be resolved.
