Mera ambrane ka 13000 mah ka power bank hai. Full charge karne ke baad only mere mobile ki 3000 mah battery ko 1 baar v full charge nhi kar pata hai. Abhi warranty me hai aur power bank kharab backup de raha hai. Please iska solution kayeye. Power bank ka battery backup bilkul acha nahi a raha aur mere local city me iska service centre bhi nahi hai. Please iska service karate.

I hav bought a 13000mah pwrbank online. Now it's short circuited inside. Its out put usb ports are not working and also charging slot. These slots seems melted too little. It's torch light is working. And the indicator led s are also blinking. Bt i can't recharge it. Its all input and out put slots are not working. I have ambrane power bank model ambrane p[protected] mah. It's short circuited now and its led, charging slots, indicator lights also are not working. I guess there is some problem in the model as i have read similar cases online

I bought this powerbank from Amazon on 11 June 2016. After 5-6 months it was dead so gave it to your service centre (R K Telecom) at Andheri, Mumbai. They returned it after 1.5 months. But after that it was not charging my phone properly. Earlier it used to charge my phone fully for minimum 2 times but after the service it was not able to charge the phone fully (increase by 40-50% only). I again contacted the same service centre and they told that they were no more your service centre. When I went to your service centre at Boriwali they keep on telling to come the next day. Please see to it as it's urgent.

I order an ambrane p2000 power bank the 22 of march 2017 at paytm (Order id #[protected] | date wed, 22 mar 2017). Since then i suffer weak smartphone recharge. My lenovo k3 note takes a maximum of 1.5a however i recently measured the three available ports of this power bank. The 1a port gives around 1.4a while the supposed 2.1a ports gives me a mere 0.3a. This is not what is claimed and expected. I request a repair as this device should deliver what is expected. Unfortunately i cannot attached the invoice through this form. Dear team,

I purchased the ambrane p-1122 na 10000 mah power bank on 23-may-2017 from flipkart, it was delivered on 29. May.2017 and it has stopped working from yesterday (10-may-2017).

Very disappointed.

It is not working. I kept it on charging my mobile for 2 hours, but it was not charged even 1%. As the seller has given 1 year warranty please repair or replace the device as soon as possible.
