Hello every one i had completed about 300 forms in 4 days but i did no complete the work they call me and say to pay penalty 23650 they threatening me i destroyed you courier i am very afraid i pay 23650 2 month later te call me and say your case did not closed you pay 300000 to close this case they threatening me but i did no pay first they said 4700+18950= 23650. They siad if you want the court clearance they asked me to pay the amount 23650 before 3 pm. If not we have to proceed legally.
I have paid the amount but they didnot give any noc. They asked to me to pay the amount of more 3 months to terminate it.

One doubt did you got any legal posts to your home. I didn’t get. Have anyone attended the court. Pls help me to refund all my money

Subsequently, they send a legal notice, allegedly by a lawyer who is not traceable seeking monetary compensation by trying to scare people.

I had submitted my apple airpods on may 7th 2020 at apple i care hsr layout bangalore, the warranty expired on 31st april, i had taken approval from apple support and the team confirmed to get it done under warranty since it was an absolute lockdown in india. Case id[protected], it’s been 3 months i dint receive my replacement, when i am trying to contact them through phone no one answers it. On 30th june after multiple mails i received a reply stating my issue will be resolved in 3-5 days but it never happened. Now it is highly frustrating it’s been such a long time. This is my last step to contact and raise a complaint with you.

I ordered an iPhone 12 64GB on 09.11.2020 from their online store https://imagineonline.store, for which I paid online via credit card, on 13.11.2020, they confirmed the order and shared the waybill no for the parcel, but that day later the status got changed to “The pickup has been cancelled by the shipper”. As of today, 17.11.2020, the status has not changed and they have not shipped my product. I am at a major loss since I have already paid and even after 8 days, they have not dispatched the product. I tried to reach them but it seems as if the support team is not reverting.
I am really concerned about the product since its prepaid. Please help.

I placed a prepaid order for an ipad air 3 alongwith an apple pencil on imagine online store (https://imagineonline.store) on 15.8.2020, following which i received a confirmation mail. I now want to cancel the order. However, I am unable to contact them at the number ([protected]) provided in the site. I also mailed them several times, however of no use. They also didnt bother to follow up with me. Their pathetic customer service and inability to reach them makes me feel as if i have been cheated. Since, this is a prepaid order, I am even more concerned about it.
Please help me out.

The description mentioned that the laptop’s processor is i5 10gen 2020 model. Whereas the partcode number which i have received in my email is (Mwtj2hn/a) which is i3 processor.

Dear Sir, I have purchased tablet from website as mentioned above for 1500 Rs as per attached correspondences.

I am cheated for false advertisement.

I did the follow-up for the material as ordered on email-id “[protected]@techcart.com” and I got the auto reply mentioning there is no such email exists.

I don’t where to complain about such cheating for online shopping fraud and I am surprised how such brazen manners these websites are doing such a scams without any fear.

Request you to please help me recover my lost money.

My iphone 6s is stopped functioning and been surrendered in icare service center for repair, and the product is under one year warranty. But they rejected the warranty saying the product had a crack in the rear camera. Which had happened long back and the camera was functioning well and it has nothing to do with device failure. I don’t want the camera cover issue fixed i want the phone in working condition, which they agreed to do only with paid service.

My macbook air laptop was broken accidentally.
I had taken ample insurance during purchase of laptop. They said that all damages will be covered under insurance.

I applied insurance claim on 20th aug 2018.
After i made several followup with ample insurance customer care executive,
I got below reply on 5ht sep 2018.

Exclusion 5: loss or damage caused by gross negligence

I don’t understand the purpose of insurance. They are real cheater.
Do not go with this insurance when you purchase any apple product.
Not worth for money, completely waste.

I bought in two of my perfectly working (But declining battery) iphone6 for battery replacement. I get back my one iphone6 with the battery replaced but with the front speaker and front camera not working. I immediately sent a message to them saying the same. When i go back asking them to fix it, i am told its not their frigging fault and i have to pay for the mess they made on my iphone??? Obviously its their way to rip people off more money to service their apple products! No thank you, i’ll use a bluetooth earphone and wait for an upgrade later. Never going back to ample icare ever again. Pathethic service!!!
