Dear Sir, About 15 days back a person from mobile number +91 [protected] & +91 [protected], said he is calling from ICICI bank saying that my ICICI card will be replaced and I will get a new card . He also said that annual fees of new card will be adjusted against my reward 800nos.points which already lapsed 3 days before . He had all my card deatils and also he asked some card details from me . After that he just asked for my 3 digit code, which I was not agreed to tell him . But he told me that it is required for OTP which he used for only adjustment against annual.Then he said the gift will be sent to you whose amount i don't have to pay.Last week i received on box containing no details of sender i kept it as itis now i recieved my monthly statment of credit card & it is reflecting the amount of 7750 & your web details but i have not purchased anything online is it sent by you i wanted to know the details.

Dear Sir,
While checking the ICICI Bank Credit Card statement for the month of October, 2014 an amount of Rs. 7, 750/-
(Transaction ID No. 245276) debited on 16/08/2014 shown as amshopping TPSL Mumbai the matter discussed with official ICICI Bank they informed that i have got reversal rewards points and accordingly i am getting gift items from you.
However till today i am not get any gift items from you as such your request to look in to matter and do accordingly.
