Adulteration in Amul Taaza milk

We are taking Amul Taaza milk from local vender in Magarpatta City,Pune. Last two month we found many times adulteration in Milk. I request to media and local body to do an investigation and take action against milk vendor so that life of small kids can be saved.

Hope this complain will taken in good spirit of citizen.

today i have purchased amul taaza milk from at my nearest shopkeeper, he has given the packet of milk with the batch no 8 A and H 83 of dated 17th april.
after opening the same packet i have found that the milk was spoiled, shopkeeper has told that same packet he has received from local supplier today itself. he is not ready to give any invoice of the same.so that any complain can be lodge. kindly suggest me what to do in this regard at my cell no [protected].

This Day 20/03/2009 morning, have purchased amul gold milk, when i checked the manufacturing date on the packet, it was shocking! date printed on the packet is 21/03/2009. This means there is no check on the manufacturing and packeting of milk. As for as general know how it's all machine printing, but how this happened i am amazed to see such mistakes.

I Bishan swaroop Anuj kumar is tired of very bad services of AMUL company. they just boast of their services. the employees of company are irresponsible. i have following complains
1. I am the A.D.A of the AMUL Company. i have the charge of selling milk products. since i have become the A.D.A of the company i have not received any statement of accounts regarding How many packets delivery i have received. absolutely no records. i am alone running the business therefore i do not have any time to go the company's office and collect the documents. some times this problem lead to utter disaster of my shop because i can not tally my records and cannot compute profit &loss. so i want remedy for it. if in future something worse happened then WHO SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE ?
2. up to now i was getting the delivery on my shop. but from now onwards i have to get the delivery from 1 miles before. WHY ?
3. whenever i try to contact the officials of company they do not receive my Phone call. WHY?
4. They sends Excess delivery of Goods. According to Sales of Goods Act 1930 i have the liberty to reject the entire goods.
5. There is absolutely no response to our complaints.
6. i have not received any rate list of company's Products so far. it may cause conflicts. then "WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE."

I purchased 500gm Amul butter pack from Reliance Fresh against the bill no 0176, dated 28-Aug-08 in Greater Noida.
This butter pack had a lot of Black and Grey spots marks on the surface of butter. Batch Code is MC-268 & Mfg Month is March 08.
I have photographs of this defective product with me.
How such kind of defective batch can release from their plant to sell in the market.
What is action plan by Amul to ensure the right quality product for the customers.

I have a complaint about the product "Amul Kool LASSEE". I bought two packs of amul lassee on 03/02/2009. I purchased the product from an authorized Amul dealer – Sagar. Elora complex, sadhu vasvani road, university road, Rajkot 360005. Me and my brother both had it. I realized that both o[censored]s had Throat and Tonsil infection that night itself but the situation became worse the next morning!!! I still have the empty pack and the infection was due to the lassee we had. I faced discomfort at work n could not perform my duties to the best of my ability and also had lot of stress and physical discomfort.

I would like some action to be taken to make sure the product sold to me is indeed authentic. Also, I request some compensation from Amul team in terms of medical bills and the inconvenience for causing me this discomfort.

Thanks and an immediate action is required.

Respected Sir,

I am Vedang D. chauhan. I am Lecturer in Engineering COllege. Today Evening i puchased amul Butter scotch (100 ml Cup) from Amul's Shop near Manish Creation, Vallabh VIdhyanagar. Shop Owner is Mr. Mineshbhai. When i was eating ice cream i found something was pinching in mouth. I took that out & i was shocked that it was a small metal pin. I immediately informed the shop keeper. This is really very big issue. As an adult i could sense that pin but child could not do so. You should really do something in this matter.

Dear Sir,
This is a complaint form a middle class wife that in a peiod of six months or less the prices of amul milk packets have increased by approx 6-8 rs per lit/half lit. from Rs. 23/lit to Rs.27/lit to now Rs. 29/lit.

the quality remains the same…then why this price rise when govt is trying all measures to control. and the price mentioned on the packets are of old days then why should as a customer I end up paying more?

Dear All,
Pl. note that I have purchased one Amul icecream Box (750ml) From Magnet Store, Akurdi on 24.08.08. After opening the box, I have found Icecream was having Fungus and was having scoop out in the box.

This was shown to Mr. Dhananjay D Redkar (Customer Service Executive) on 25.08.08. I have also shown him similar kind of Amul Icecream boxes lying inside the freezer. He was unable to answer; he was trying to talk to Mr. Bhushan Salunkhe; but he was not approachable.
This is very serious issue related to food poising. Pl. look this matter very seriously. Photos attched to this mail is for your reference.
