Myself Asra Anjum.Account no-[protected] an Account holder In Andhra Bank. I usually do online shopping and last time when I returned one of the product which I ordered from Amazon (knifes and vegetable cutting board), refund process was started and it’s status is that money is refunded on 2nd may 2021.But its not credited in my account and when I called customer care services they told me to go to bank as there is no information and when i went to bank they are not bothered

My friend credited an amount of 3000 rupees and 2000 rupees(total 5000 rupees) to my Andhra Bank account through his PhonePe. Both of them were successful and the money got deducted from his account. But the amount is not credited to my account. It’s been more than a month since this happened. No proper response from anyone. I have provided the screenshots of the transaction details made by him for both of the transactions. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am Vinay. I ordered a product in amazon and cancelled on the same day. The amazon company initiated my refund to my original payment mode i.e to debit card but still I haven’t credited to my bank account. I kindly request to help me out from this issue.The below are the details of three refunds.

Dear Sir/Madam,
1. With Andhra Bank Debit card (Andhra Bank Savings Account No: [protected]), I, the undersigned, attempted to withdraw Rs.10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only ) at SBI ATM outlet on 6th May 2021.
2. The SBI ATM did not dispense the cash/money, the withdrawal printout slip & mini statement shows it has been debited from the account.
3. Immediately, I visited the Andhra Bank and briefed the same issue with branch front office executive staff. The executives understood the issue and assured that the money will be reversed normally on the same day or within 48 hours.
4. Simultaneously, I registered the complaint (no: [protected], dated 8th may 2021) at customer care o[censored]nion Bank of Inda ( Toll free no: [protected])
5. It has been 5 days as on date, but the said amount is not credited back in to my account.
6. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest

I have ordered in Amazon last month on April 15 and I have returned the item back which they have been saying amount has been refunded from there end on April 26 but I have not received yet, They have provided me a reference no:74332741117111669785758 amount of 370rs/- to my Andhrabank
this has been now 10 of this issue

I dint receive refund which was initiated by flipkart. I cancelled the order due to delay issues. Refund was initiated on 10th of march. As per banking procedures i had to get it within 24hrs but i dint receive it till date. I contacted flipkart and they told me that refund was initiated successfully from seller side. I visited to bank branch but they were unable to help me.Please look into this issue. The amount is ₹674. They also provided me reference number[protected]

I ordered a product on Flipkart they deliver a duplicate product so I returned back that product after they receive refunded my money but I am not recieved I ask the Flipkart customer care they are processed amount but your bank has issued please contact customer care I call the bank customer care but they are not responding Flipkart customer care they are send to me refund amount reference number order ids

I was transferring money from my ATM card attached to account no [protected] to other account ATM and the transaction suddenly declined and amount also debited from my account and the amount didn’t reflect in crediting account(KHAJA MOHINUDDIN SHAIK A/C:[protected].IFSC, CODE:ANDB0001506)
This happened on 26/04/2021
And slip from ATM is attached here for your reference.
When went and enquired in bank the personnel told amount will credit in 3 to 5 working days but not yet happened.
Please help me out in this issue in getting back my money.
