I am studying m. A. Political science through andhra university distance education with i'd no. 17po00342. I wrote first year exams in july 2018. My marks list is not received yet. After several enquiries over phone they told me on[protected] that i have to pay penalty of rs.300/_ as i sent exam fee lately. At the time of issuing h. T they didn't tell me. So, i immediately send a d. D no 520800 of rs.300/_ on[protected] through registered post which was delivered on[protected]. I waited for one month for my marks list and called again on[protected]. They gave reply after one hour to wait one more week with very negligent manner and not telling dispatched details. Also they are not telling whether i passed or failed. So, i request the concerned authority to take action on those officials who are cause to made late and made me mentally stressed and give me compensation as early as possible.

My name was pedakapu durga laxmi parvathi (Before marriage). I have done my graduation (B. Sc chemistry) in the year[2016 passed out] in s. V. Degree college (Rayavaram mandal, visaka district) which is affiliated by andhra university. Because of marriage my surname was changed (Present name is bade durga laxmi parvathi), due to this i am not able to claim mukyamantri yuvanestam. Can you please change my surname pedakapu to "bade"

2 days back i submitted my application on request of provision certificate and marks memos of my degree because of counselling i need, they said to come after 2days to collect the provision certificate but when I came to take my provision certificate after 2days they said come after a day .My home is very distance from au administration and registration office but they are responding very rudely i don't like the respect they give to students. They are busy with other works also i understood but that's the work they choose so they have to work very patiently towards the students .I need immediate reaction of my certificate.how can i come that much times, they have to work fast without interrupting the works

I want to cancel my tatkal application for od, i want to apply through normal mode for od. Please help me how can i do my cancellation. I have not pay the fees.
Their was no option to change the mode of application in status of fees payment.
How could i change the mode of application.

Sir… I have urgency of getting original degree for getting a job in government sector. I have applied my original degree in tatkal mode and consolidated marks list in normal mode. I got to know that we don't get od without getting cmm.. So for cmm in normal mode, i have paid 600/-. Its tatkal amount is 1200/-.. I have contacted e5. They said that for changing into tatkal, paying another 600/- is enough. But when i decided to apply again today it was asking 1200 again.. Please help me to solve this problem

I visited to andhra university for some documents in august month i am very much dissatisfied with his reckless behaviour and response towards students. I felt very much hurted by his words and he is showing negligence towards students documents work. I hope so this complaint against that person will change his attitude towards students and make him response properly
