Angels is a fraud company, cheating people, which does not have professionally qualified or a licenced staff.

Today i had been Angels – Bangalore, Indira Nagar Branch, for Color improvement treatment, where they charged me Rs.300/- for consultation fees, did nothing, and they told me that the cost per sitting will cost Rs.5000/-, if i pay them in advance for 3 sitting than the cost will be Rs.12000/- for 3 sitting.

I thought of taking three sitting and paid Rs.12000/- after which they took me for the treatment which was nothing but a regular facial which is done much better in a small parlours charging just Rs.500/-

when i came out from the treatment i told the lady at the reception that i am not interested in taking other two sitting, since its not worth even Rs.1000/-, since i have taken one sitting just deduct Rs.5000/- and pay back Rs.7000/- for which they refused.

I went to the near by police station and took the Police inspector to Angels, then they have accepted in front of the Police that they will pay back my Rs.7000/- by Monday.

They don’t have any Specialised Doctors, the employees who are doing the treatment are not professionally qualified nor they have any specialised equipment.

They are cheating people. If they don’t pay back my money by Monday, than i will file a case against the Angels and there product.

All you guys being clients were cheated but I was an employee there who was treated in the most unprofessional manner.
First they promise you of a job and high expectations. Later they make you sign contracts which binds you for years and you will have to pay a certain amount if you leave within the contract period.
Then they treat you like bonded labor with their heavy redtape rules and policies which are in no way close to Labor law or employment procedures/SOPs.
They don’t even give an appointment letter to any staff. If someone is really conscious they will give Offer Letter saying you are a trainee for minimum 2years and you will be paid a stipend (this happens to all irrespective of their work experience or position offered).—WOW!!
They inform you there will be 1 month training and after joining they start opening their Pandora box…Work hours are more than 10hours…No offs on weekend, No paid leaves at all, Training period is not paid…90% are women, and if you are disliked by your immediate superior then you are in for a royal treat…they force you to take leaves which are obviously unpaid..They don’t call you for training and expect performance from day 1…These are just a few and there are many more harrassments that they put the staff into and expect 100% performance with no returns. They promise to clear dues on time but once their documentation is cleared they wont care a damn.
Its not only a horrible place to work even a worst place to use the services…BEWARE PEOPLE!!

My name is sravanthi..completed btech in hyd..age 22 yrs..last month i went to panjagutta angels branch for skin treatment..and acne traetments…the charged for entire treatment is 45, 000/- for 5 sittings…1week gap for sitting to sitting…they using creams like beaty parlaour and i shocked the price on bottle RS 79/- only and another RS 46/- only…my treatment entire cost approx 1255/- only but they charged 45, 000( forty fivr thousand from me…)..they are cheated my face also damaged for that kind of cheap creams
THEY ARE BIG FRAUDERS IN AP AND TELANGANA…DONT GO

If they are very genuine and have more customers since 1991 as Shankar – GM of Angels said, they should refund the money to the customers for the rest of the sittings who are not satisfied with the first or second sitting and asking for refund. Instead they always recommend to buy products. There is no point buying the products when the customers are not satisfied with the treatment itself.

Myself sk ismail moinuddin chesty from vizag, i have undergone stemcell treatment at your visakhapatnam branch in the month of july and august for 7 sittings and i have made a payment of 55 to 60 k for the treatment, vizag staff has committed for best results after 6 to 9 months, and there was absolutely zero results. And when i’m approaching your branch since last 2 weeks for resolution there is inappropriate response from the branch staff.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was doing my treatment from Angels Clinic for y Acne Scare at free Consultancy they told me i will get 60% to 70% result in my treatment and they will provide to me 5 sitting if i didnt get improvement in my problem they will give me 3 more sitting .But after 5 sitting i didnt get any 10% improvement in my treatment.and after 5 sitting they told me your package is over you have to pay more money to continue your treatment.
Sir . I am a student they already taken 30000/- from me . and also i didnt any 1% result in my treatment . They are making his customer. I want refund my money
Please take a serious action in my complaint .

while i was studying in BANGALORE i went to Beauty clinic named ANGELS beauty clinic for hair falling solutions .They promissed me for full hair and nobody notice about new hair.And thet promissed nad wrote in clint file for side partician full hair, and they have given me a vig that to with out any partician .After taking money 10000rs from me they called me at the next sunday night 9.30 and have given the treatment at 11 pm . finally they told me you will get that one for only 10000rs, they fraud me, The nextday i requested them for whole day about fraud and they called security they thrown out me .I put maill to head branch in hyderabad for ten times but nobody respond to me .One day i went to main branch and i spoke to main doctor still there is a negitive responce, I don't no can i give compliant to police or not, I HAVE EVRY PROOFS, PLEASE HELP ME

I went to Advanced Hair clinic last one month for dandruff, hair fall and hair regrowth… for consulting they takes 300 rupees, but nothing they done. then they told to take 5 sittings to clear dandruff and hair fall.. i took 3 sittings and paid 10000 rupees.. but i dnt found no improvement , they are money minded person. because of money they will do any thing…. that treatment was not that much of value.. they simply takes money thats it.;… they all cheat others in the name of clinic.. in that clinic none of the senior doctor is there.. there is no doctor is present in that clinic…… who gave the licence to run clinic without doctor……. government should sieze this type of clinic…. because they all fraud…… its an scam….. every one knows that they all fraud….. but no one ready to give complaint against that clinic,,, am ready to give complaint against that clinic……. who are ready to support me?…………….

government should take action against that type of clinic………….
