My family purchased a plot in Sushant city Meerut sector 4A in 2010 in resale. Transfer was made in the name of my mother. As registry wasn’t opened at that time. Now after waiting for more a decade for registry we came to know last month that plot was not there in MDA approved MAP. There are around 10 plots missing in approved plan. Means Ansal sold 10 plots in sector 4A Meerut without acquiring land. Now the management there is not giving any prompt response. I came to know that in case if i lodge a compliant in UPRERA and got response in favour o[censored]s than to there is no execution o[censored]PRERA order from ansal end. Please advise me what I need to do in this case. Do I file a case in RERA or look for consumer forum.

I am a resident of A2-25 Sushant Golf City Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The drainage in front of my house is very bad and there is waterlogging in every monsoon season, i have complained to the civil wing but no action has been taken since 2 years, kindly do the needful. Also the park maintenance and housekeeping work is very poor
I have booked an independent floor unit (Unit no. Ff-3167) in your project avante/woodwinds versalia sec 67a gurgaon on november 2013. And had signed a flat buyer agreement with ansal phalak infrastructure pvt. Ltd.
After paying 30% of the cost which is 38 lakhs, in october 2014, i received a letter stating that the layout plan has been revised and i need to sign a new builder buyer agreement which i subsequently did in early 2015. Also my unit no. Was changed. Within the agreement it has been mentioned that the possession of floor will be within 36 months of signing the agreement. That means that by[protected] i should get possession of the floor.
On visiting the project site in the last few months i have noticed that there has been no progress on the structure. I also approached your sales office and met their sales representatives – mr. Vaibhav and mr abhishek singh. They have given me assurances a number of times that the work will be initiated within a few days. However they have given me false promises and i do not see any progress on the site at all.
In november 2017, ansal they told me that again the plan layout has been changed and now the project is under rera and we will get the possession by august 2020.
However i visited the site many times but there is not a bit of construction started in sector 67a.
Also i came across the news in which ncdrc orders ansal phalak infrastructure to refund buyer’s money with interest for project ansal versalia.
I am continuously contacting ansal sales but there is no response from them. I request your attention to kindly solve my issue with and help me to provide my hard earned money from the builder.

I have follow up with your representative – Mr. T K Sharma([protected]), Mr. Ayush ([protected]), Mr. Ritesh ([protected]) many time for refund, But they are not responding. I have already sent my bank account details along with original cancelled cheque six month ago.
I am requested you to get released the refund as per UPRERA order

there is no intimation from ANSALS API on the progress on construction of the flat.i may please be refunded my money with full interest.

Dear Sir, With reference to the above I applied for a refund of the amount paid along with up-to-date interest. RERA issue RC[protected]and ordered Ansal to pay Rs13, 67, 711.14 is 12 equal installments.RC was issued on 29 January 2020, only 2 lacs is refunded yet. Every time I contact Ansal, I am told that the company has no funds to refund.
I have invested all my mother’s retirement money to book a flat.It’s been 7 years, I have neither received a flat unit nor my refund.
I have applied for a refund as the project was canceled.
The flat was booked in 2013.
In covid, I have lost all my income source and Aasal API is not refunding my hard-earned money.My family is going through a very hard time.
Please sir, let me know what option left when Ansal is not obeying even RERA order.M/S Ansal API intentionally not want to refund the amount of innocent investors. You are the last hope left.Please help me to get the refund.The details are as below-

I have booked the 2bhk (B-SF231) flat at Indore- Ansal Township Indore on 12th Sept 2020 and the amount of the flat which was confirmed to me was 17.29 lacs and I paid 1.6 lac as the booking amount.
But later Mr. Sathak Pathak called me one 30th Sept 2020 and said that the management is not agreeing with that flat final amount is increased to 18.06 Lacs due to which I have canceled the booking by emailing them and their team more than 2 months ago but still, there is no response on the email, calls or WhatsApp SMS from their management.
I want my money back as soon as possible with the interest they have kept the amount unwantedly with them even after cancelation confirmation. They are just looting people in this way.
Don’t book any flats at this township. There RERA has been also suspended and most the bank is not ready to issue a home loan at this location, accept HDFC bank(don’t know what internal deal they made with them)

We had booked two ‘Abhilasha Home II’ units – F 31 and F 32 (at Ansal (API) Sushant City, Gegal, AJMER) with an intention of early possession. However, despite several verbal and written communication about the unfinished works no heed was paid to it, leading to our extreme inconvenience and monetary loss.
Even now, after the passage of 11 years from the date of booking in 2009, no care has been taken to complete the house so that rain-water does not flow inside the rooms, nothing has been done to ensure proper supply water for the houses (a makeshift arrangement of sending a little water on tractor-drawn tankers – was not what had been promised) and even the absence of proper asphalt / paved / RCC pathways, absence of proper cleanliness and security are major concerns.
Therefore, I once again implore to be informed about the completion of the above works, so that we can get the ready to move-in homes early and have them registered.
Anticipating a quick response and also an information of how the company (Ansal API) plans to minimise our severe financial losses caused by their not being able to stand by the commitments, I remain,

My father booked a flat with Ansal sushant Aqualpolis in D2 tower which supposed to be completed by 2015 and we should have get the position by that time but building never completed and initially Ansal office people started to give different excuses like they dont have fund/dump yard issue at location/some issues between contractor but ultimately we came to know that land doesn’t even belong to Ansal group and flat is never going to be completed. We filed case in RERA in 2019 and we won the case .As per Rera order Anasal should have refund my money with interest, Rera executed many orders for Anasal but we never heard anything from builder side and never received money.My father is 62 year old man and going through very bad financial and health condition, He is kidney patient and on dialysis but he is still fighting for his hard earned money which can realy help us in this hard time. Looking for solution/Advice to get my Money back from these cheater.
