Dear sir/madam, i am a regular customer with ur indirapuram branch. My wife 78years old is getting treatment from dr rml hospital for depression and loss of memory's. As per prescription i requested for 6 medicines for 30 days but i got only 4 and the remaining 2medicines 1) tab zingpride 200 mg and 2) bilogin cap i was told to get it from somewhere else. Though the staff is quite cooperative even then it sounds very unethical. Being a regular customer it is the moral responsibility of the company to arrange/procure all kinds of medicine to the customer. By not providing medicine is to be considered denial of service which is an offence. Pl ensure i keep on getting all kinds of medicine from this branch. One week before i also reported this issue but there is no feedback.

We went to apollo pharmacy, haralur road for medicine for 6 year old. The pharmacist there provided us medicines with wrong dosage, we need omset 30mg and she was giving 15 mg, that too not in sufficient quantity citing they dont have more. Billing also she put 52 rs for 4 tablets, in a strip of 15 tab costing 110rs. When we brought this up, the staff very unapologetically said we are changing the tablet na. When we asked them to be careful with the dosage and not make such mistakes, they were like we are saying sorry na, while the attitude showed they were not sorry at all.

As appolo pharmacy is available 24/7. During the early hours of my college i always used to visit appolo pharmacy (Nagaram branch). They always send me back by saying we don't have that drugs… I being a pharmacy final year student we have experiments to be performed so i need drugs. Today morning i went to ask riboflavin tablets (But. B2).. They denied me saying that we don't have that tablets…
Early hours general medical store is not open.. So if we go n ask at appolo stores abt otc drugs they denie..

Yesterday i visited a apollo pharmacy and i said i want blood purifier and they gave me Ayurvedic liquid bottle and that time i didn’t see what is that, i take three times of that medicine and today morning i saw they give me women medicine when women having a period and my stomach is paining. i want to complain against that men and they said apollo didn’t give any complain register or feedback register

I purchased three product online by apollo pharmacy and paid 252/-, but received only two products. One product not received, i call customer care they were not any answer to me. I want to complaint about apollo pharmacy marathallai banglore's staff, i showed him prescription doctor have written thyronorm 6.25mcg dose and he gave me 62.5 mcg… When i asked him also why 62.5 he told that is the lowest power. When next time i went to doctor after 25 days then i came to know it's wrong medicine… I went to ask that why he gave me this he is telling that he understood doctor written 62.5, in confusion he gave.

My doctor had prescribed lotepred eye drop (For bacterial infection). However, pharmacist at apollo pharmacy – nizampura, vadodara gave me latocom eye drop (For glaucoma) inspite of showing the prescription to him. We did not check the name at the time of invoice as we had trusted the pharmacy. On using the wrong eye drop my eye started burning terribly. It was then when we found that wrong eye drop was given. On contacting the pharmacy, the pharmacist told that since composition is same he gave us latocom, but our doctor said not to use the drop as it is completely different composition. Lotepred eye drop costs only rs 137, and latocom costs rs 565. Apollo pharmacy is now refusing to take back the wrong eye drop as seal was opened and also not providing any refund. They have not just cheated us by giving 5 times more expensive eye drop but also caused significant damage to my eye due to wrong eye drop. Please provide me refund/exchange for other medicines asap.

I really feel frustrated by the apathy of apollo pharmacy staff sunrise plaza vasundhara enclave. Their service is the poorest. The staff is negligent and irresponsible towards customers. They have no responsibility sense. They only know to calculate the money of medicines. They make a note of medicines but don't supply.
I bought items worth rs 815 today at 7.30 pm. I had to start a medicine (1) prescribed by dr. Jha today. Staff ensured that they will send the medicine today positively. I kept waiting but the medicine was not delivered.

Enough is enough. I will now not buy medicines from apollo pharmacy.
And i will make sure to register my complaint at all required forums and also will share this poor service with all my groups here.
