On this store, the person is working as a sales man name in the name of naveen..He is disrecpectively speaking to me and i noticed the same who is the customer the walkin customers.I said you should speak politeily to the public who is purchasing the medicine in the appollo, and laterly he is speaking rudely to customers i would do the same you do anything on me my father is local goon i will destroy you i was a local guy.
I was shocked that appollo pharamcy concern, is reqruited the person naveen.And i next day went to purchase the medicine i noticed that he is speaking with same manner with other customers.
I request you to take the necesssary action against on him

Dear Sir,
My order number was #[protected]. I have ordered medicine on 2nd June and was assured to be delivered by 3rd June. But the medicine was delivered on 6th June. By that time I had already obtained the medicine from different shop. The delivered box is unopened. I requested to take the medicine back and give refund. Contacted their customer care to take back medicine but they are refusing the refund. Who can wait for medicine for 4 days? They had promised one day delivery.

Hi,

My wife went to take some tablets for constipation / pain tablets for me and she was been passed comments saying why to take / buy these tablets rather not eat chicken or no veg. Its a medical Pharmacy and people can buy anything, its responsibility of the executive to help customer. Just not passing indirect comment on married women and laughing on them. This happened in Ramnagar branch opposite deihi sweet house or balaji sweet house on saturday June 12th between 130 and 230 PM. I am sure if they are passing comments on married women they will pass same for unmarried or young girls. My wife really felt very bad and uncomfortable. Since i am unhealthy i am not able to move out of my house. We have trust and expect professionalism from your employees. Please take this matter seriously and need to take action else next time will not complaint to customer complaints and will be forced to given a written complaint to police and also take things personally and as required take action on your employees directly. Its not my wife its every women / girl for whom respect should be given and no one should pass any comments its a medical shop and people come to buy things only.

I will buy theirs at their Medical My father has bought from them many times based on which I have been buying items for a few months now so on 17/06/2021 I bought the Nebulazer equipment for Rs.2850 / one which is another problem for them when replacing them.They did not give me another bill when I gave it to them. When I asked them, they gave me the old bill saying that it was this bill but in the message that came, the bill was rejected. If so, what is the bill for the replacement machine I bought?

In pharmacy there are 3 employees working there, No one is working properly, no proper response, even there the items which we can see they are saying not available. a women employee always using phone while customers are in.

With reference to order number – #[protected]. on 19th April’21 I ordered a pulse oximeter which was defective. It didn’t switch on even after putting multiple new batteries in it. I have raised atleast 50 email on the helpline and atleast have call 150 time on the customer care helpline yet no resolution on this issue. Please help me get a refund on this product.

Even after 45 days Still haven’t received my refund amount.

I am very much disappointed with the services provided by the company. In all their advertisements they committed to deliver medicine within 2 hours but I have ordered medicine on 11th June, 2021 which is not yet delivered. I am referring to the order number[protected]. After waiting for almost one week when I inquired the status of my order, I was asked that medicines are not available and if you wish you can cancel the order. If medicines were not available then why was my order taken. These medicines are for my parents who are senior citizens and continuity in their medicine course is very important. If they won’t be able to deliver the services on time then stop making fools of the customers.
