Have taken mobile insurance and submitted claim on 23april 2016 ad_d_230416_339800 which was approved with total loss. Despite multiple times i have chased with appsdaily they are not providing me status update of my claim. Finally i was forced to check with nia where they have confirmed that amount of claim was settled by them on[protected]. No one from appsdaily has contacted me on this and they are not having my money from insurance not passing on to me.
Cheaters pay me my money soon.

I claimed insurance 1 year back but i did not receive any response from so called insurance company appsdaily. Details of handset follows samsung mobile t331 galaxy tab 4 white buyed from bajaj electronics malakpet of hyderabad while selling insurance they promised me that they will bear all the loses of tab. But, when my tab got damaged no body responded. My aps daily claiming no is adn_150417_[protected]. Please respond wake up. From 1 year i m trying for this. I went even to the narayanguda office of appsdaily there was no office of appsdaily. What
I should do now. I want quick response other wise it will not take much time to file complaint against your company.

Dear Concerned,

I am writting this mail with all humiliation and unprofessional response that I have been facing past few months from comany like APPS DAILY.

I have given SAMSUNG E7 to RAJ NAGAR GZB STORE on 27th JUNE 2016.

I have received an email after 4-5 days that my claim has been rejected for whatever reasons. So I was expecting my damaged handset to be delivered to me as it is.Staff (only 01 person) is not at all aware about any thing. Dont know for what they have been hired for.

But, till date i.e.14th July 2018 (Apprx 2 years)…my handset has never been returned.

I personally have been to store many times in 2016 but useless visits with no concrete response. But the staff is best in APOLOGIZING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE caused to me. Response from Store keeper : ” Sir your handset has been sent to mumbai for repairing, and we are unable to trace your handset whether it has been couriered or not. But till date we have not received it. We will contact you once we recieves it”

Currently there is NO STORE there to visit and take follow up on my request

DO YOU GUYS WANT ME TO TRAVEL TO MUMBAI TO HAVE MY HANDSET BACK. Is this what you all wanted me to do now.

I NEED MY HANDSET BACK ASAP ALONG WITH RS.500/- THAT HAVE BEEN PAID UPON SUBMITTING THE PHONE. ELSE REIMBURSE ME THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF MY HANDSET OF WHAT IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED i.e. Rs.18, 000.

REALLY HAD PATHETIC AND WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.

Ad_d_140716_[protected] was to be delivered to me, but my phone isn’t delivered to me yet and company is not reachable removed there offices and also they never responded my emails. Based on the scanned documents submitted in respect of captioned mobile handset damage,
Insurance company has processed the claim on repair basis and the assessed claim amount works out to rs.21140/- to be finalized by insurance company. This was the first approval then i submitted the documents then i got emails that phone is repaired and being returned to me, which was never returned infact it returned back to company and they aren’t replying or responding about my phone where it is

I am a life time customer of apps daily mobile protection. I had purchased the security pack in the year 2015 (December) with a cost of rs.1199/- and installed in i ball mobile handset. That handset has damaged. Now, i want to install it in another new purchased handset (Asus mobile handset). I tried several times with my user id and password. But, it is telling that user id is invalid or email id is invalid or software version is older, new version is to be installed. Pl. Help me and tell how it can be installed in my new handset? Apps daily is a phone insurance company and I took insurance for my phone Sony Experia z3+ my phone was a little bit damaged from the screen side and they said the phone is not repairable and we will give you the insurance amount and all original documents are also deposited at the company outlet. They send me an email regarding the claim approval before 3 years I have an approval email as proof and also email conversations regarding the amount even I am trying to find out the company address in Andheri location Mumbai but they left that address 3 years ago. I had many conversion with phone executive ‘s but from last 2 years phone number’s are not in use I believe this company is a fraud and just collecting customer phone and sell that phone’s after a repair, please take some action against this kind of fraud company’s. I am sharing policy details please take some serious action against them.
