Dear team i have orderd memory cards from china with bill amount 154.37 usd aproximate 12500 INR and for that aramex charged me as customes duty 5258 Inr which actually comes around 2200rs and i want to charge a case against them.

I ordered a parcel from Shein on 26.06.2021. My parcel was supposed to arrive between 15.07.2021 / 20.06.21. I still have not received ANYTHING even though I have paid my customs fee. I cannot get any information from Aramex or customs as to why my parcel has not even been sent out. This is absolute and utter crap and the customer service of Aramex is completely up to [censored]. I will never ever send anything with Aramex again, this is absolutely ridiculous!

This is the third time same thing is happening to me, my package worth is 105$ and its no risky item and aramex sent me an invoice they themselves made and asking me to pay 4.4k as customs duty which is again more than 50% of the product value .
Last two times also same happened with me and they are showing incorrect value for my goods .
This company is looting people with fake customs bills please look into it.
This is the third time this company is over charging me for customs and sending me fake bills . They are showing more than actual value of my product . I ordered an item which cost 7.5k inr and now they sent me a custom invoice of 4.45k which is more than 42% and this is not the frst time they are doing this. I have no other choice than paying as i need my product . Someone please look into it
I have ordered an item and seller shipped it with my correct name however, when I got the 1st message notification from Aramex, the whole name was changed to some one else “Stephen James”. Tracking number [protected]
When I enquired this from seller on this, they reapnded with receipt as my name was correctly sent from seller end.
Now I am getting a horrible and shameless response from their representative as I need to pay the charge to change my name and customs penalty.
This is literally means that, they made a mistake and customer has to pay for their mistake done by incompetent employees.
IF YOU WANT PIECE OF MIND, NEVER EVER CHOSE ARAMEX. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND FOLLOWING UNETHICAL PRACTICE.
I have Aramex courier coming from Saudi Arabia – Under air way bill number [protected]
Today 25th Jun 2021, I received message from Aramex to Submit my KYC details which was provided but is rejected asking as the delivery address not matching with my KYC document
At present I am staying in my mother in law’s house and the delivery address was given based on the same.
But I cannot provide a KYC in my name matching to my mother in law’s address.
As a resident Indian, I have provided my Adhar car, PAN card copies etc but I am helpless to provide any document which has my name and my mother in law house address
Kindly advise Aramex to clear my parcel at the earliest as it is a medical kit for my daughter
It is the worst courier i have come across.I have delhivery franchise office at my residential address. i ordered a 3usd cable product from alibaba and paid 11usd for shipping charges.The address i gave there is another centre 40km from my place which is run by company.I am franchise partner of that company.They have hold my shipment and rejecting kyc for address mismatch.I gave them my aadhar, service aggrement with company, GST certificate, Authorisation letter, Undertaking by myself as well .everythingg.But still they are not sure i am the correct person.I can not describe how ### company it is.holding all shipments in the name of address mismatch.Our company delhivery still far better than this.

1. Request letter from shipper stating the reason of change in address in the invoice under shipper letter head.
2. Request letter from consignee stating the reason of change in address in the invoice.
3. NOC from consignee.
4. KYC documents of consignee.
5. Revised invoice with Shipper signed and stamp.
Please be informed that all the above letters should be addressed to:
Deputy Commissioner of Customs
Please note that fee amount of INR 1000/- will be applicable on amendments on the Customs manifest, also Customs may charge fine and penalties.
These guys are literally thiefs.I will do CONSUMER COMPLAINT in the name of this company.
