Pathetic service archies has lost all the goodwill and reputation. I ordered a personalised keychain from archies website but I got completely different product which I ordered shape, font everything different. And when I mailed the customer care there are only saying that they don’t return or exchange products they said the product you ordered was not available that’s y the send a different one which is so unprofessional. We trust them we give our hard earn money and this is what we give. They will decide what we will gift to someone. And after arguing so much the executive was stucked only on that we apologise we can give 5% discount on your next order but we can’t return or exchange it like srsly? R we greedy of discounts that too 5% terrible service never gonna buy anything though i was their regular cust they lost their genuine cust. And would never recommend anything to buy

Order placed on 08.06.2021.expected date of delivery was 09.06.2021.
But not received the product till today 13.05.2021. Made 56 calls to customer care, not even one call was attended.
Mailed them, no reply for any mail. Worst customer service.
On tracking, it shows that product will be delivered on 16.06.2021. Which is 7 days delay from the original date of delivery. But no explanation given for this.
No compensation will be given it seems. Waste of money waste of my time.

I have ordered for an amount of 665 Rs from https://www.archiesonline.com/. the money got deducted from my credit card (I have the statement for the same), however, archies has not given me the order.
I have already complaint this to archies over email and twitter, however, they are not responding, only a ticket got generated for me from archies automated system, still i got no resolution.
Also, i tried to call to them at their various numbers (landline) as given over their website, however, no one is picking up the calls.

I had ordered a product on 22 May which was to be delivered on 25 May but it’s 26 and the product hasn’t even shipped . So i mailed them regarding cancelling the order but no response or reply if the order would be delivered or anything at all. This is my order id is AL[protected]

There is no response from archies, even after contacting 3days via mail as well as calling customer care. There was no delivery of same day order but at least ppl can respond. Dint expect this from such a big organization. Details of order —

Archies is fooling people I had ordered a bouquet doll and cake for my mother on mother’s day order number AL[protected]. The order was confirmed but it was not delivered at all. I paid 1500 for this and they don’t have courtesy to even answer our calls. I am not sure if their customer care number is even active as I have tried calling on that number multiple times it just keeps ringing but no one will answer. They are not even having an option to cancel this order.
I had very good impression about archies which totally mislead me to order from their online portal
.. Very worst customer service. I recommend ppl not to order from archies ever its a scam.

Order booked for same day delivery but never got delivered. All incoming calls to helpline number[protected] is barred, no response from [protected]@archiesonline.com. Order status never got updated. Feeling cheated. I need refund/my money back.
