I have had 2 unauthorized charges of $20.23 cad ($14.95 usd) from this company. I would like my money back and somehow for this to end. I don’t know how this has happened and can’t find any history of this account or authorization in my email history. It appears the charges started in january and now they happened again in february. This month it was the 10th and last month it was the 13th.

$14.95 usd was taken from my account and i have no idea why. I would like it back immediately. The money appears to have been taken from my card and i have no idea where the details would have come from or why it was taken. Please respond as soon as possible so that this matter can be rectified.

I was charged $22.45 aud from fast deals today on the 10th of feb it is still pending so hopefully i can stop it. I ordered a iphone case which said i just had to pay for shipping which was charged at $4.31 aud on the 13th of jan. I still haven’t received the phone case and have no idea why they have charged more money out of my account i have looked at other complaints and they say that the company says it’s for a monthly subscription but it has not told me of this. I would like a refund of all money if possible to get in contact with them.

I had ordered a phone screen on january 15th and it is now february 11th and i still have not received it. I emailed the company letting them know i wanted the order canceled and a full refund. I checked my bank when i woke up this morning to find they charged me $14.95 usd and there were international fees of $0.45 and $0.09 from them as well. I would like my money back and no more uncalled for charges.
Tldr; i woke up this morning to find they charged me $14.95 usd while i was asleep.

My credit card was charged $19.92 for no reason. I purchased something for $1.92 and never even received my product. I would like to have my money returned and cancel all dealings with this fast deal today
How can i even contact them directly??

I am extremely unhappy and something needs to be done about this types of company that literally steals peoples monies. This is very unacceptable and i feel that i should take some legal action

This is the second time yall have charged my account twice and I have no clue of your company or why it's happened. Please put the money back on my account !!! I've called customer service of my bank & got first one resolved and I've had to change my card 4 times so idk why this is happening again. I have not received any contact info regarding these charges. I assume i ordered something. $14.95 was charged to my credit card. One on jan. 11, 2020 and one on feb. 12, 2020. The only contact info i have is a phone number.
