I bought something a few weeks ago from them (never received the item and probably never will at this point! ) and today morning 26 Feb 2020 I found a random and unknown charge on my bank account of 14, 95$, which I definitely never agreed to pay when I bought that item those weeks ago! I will call my bank company and make them file a fraud investigation!

This morning i had woken up to a transaction of almost 20 dollars that had been taken from my account without my consent. I did not authorize anybody to take out anything from my account. And i need a refund of that money as soon as possible. I have already filed a case for fraud and let my bank know. Thank you. This is robbery and not acceptable.
I don’t know what the hell is going on but you guys are making charges to my bank card and I have not ever bought anything from you and this has happened twice and I’m very pissed. This is the email I sent and didnt receive any reply for 48 hours:
please find attached two pictures showing how my credit card was charged by your company on January 25th for 2 meta cases for I PHone and on February 24th for I don't know what.
On January 25th you charged me 4.95 USD for each meta case which I have ordered from you.
On February 24th you charged me 14.95 USD two times which is in total 29.9 USD for I don't know what as I was absolutely not aware of any of your membership programs (which you mention in your email) at the moment of purchasing 2 meta cases for I Phone, nor was I interested in any membership programs. I simply wanted to buy two meta cases for 4.95 USD each and that was all I intended to do with your company.
As you can see, instead of spending 9.9 USD for two meta cases I am charged 3 times more which is absolutely unacceptable.
At this moment I will not ask you to return total of 9.9 USD plus 29.9 USD for which you charged me for, but only 29.9 USD to my account immediately as I feel absolutely cheated by your company for debiting my account without my authorization for whatever reason.
I really hope that you will react immediately and return my money to my account.

On the 24th of february 2020 a charge of $22.71 was made to my bank account by fast deals today without my authorisation as i had not made any purchases with this company, i have been unable to contact the company in any way to try and resolve this. An acceptable resolution to this issue would be a refund of the full amount of $22.71 from fast deals today.
I bought an item in february which charged me a total of £7.58, something that i was fully aware of and happy with. Then on the 26th of feb, i was charged an additional £11.58 which is completely unauthorised. I had no knowledge that this amount would be charged to my account and i find it wholly unacceptable. I would like a refund for the £11.58 that has been taken without my knowledge or permission from my account. I will be expecting a response imminently with a refund and explain as to why i was charged.

While checking my checking account today i found a unauthorized charge of $14.95 to my account. I haven’t ordered anything. I’m still waiting on the order i was already charged for from january. Someone needs to put my money back!

After reading all the complaints filed you would think this would stop. How dare you still have my account information on record to use when i haven’t done any recent orders with you. This is the very reason people don’t like online shopping. I will not order anything from this site again.

I only bought one thing over a month ago never got it an now they have the nerve to charge me again for i don’t know what else!!! I want my damn money back! I find it ridiculous that they just do that without asking customers about anything. I want a supervisor to fix my issue an removerse me my money back as soon as possible. The same way they took it out so fast the same way they can give it back!
